In the midst of all these "I don't understand posts" a good post was made:Omega said, May 20, 2014, 04:08:32 pmAnyways, I was checking out some news about Hyrule Warriors. Hyrule Warriors is coming to Japan on August 14th.The Link: http://mynintendonews.com/2014/05/20/hyrule-warriors-coming-to-japan-on-august-14th/Team Ninja Is Helping Out On Hyrule Warriors. The Link: http://mynintendonews.com/2014/05/20/team-ninja-is-helping-out-on-hyrule-warriors/I searched the net for a bit and found this:QuoteLooks like this title is being developed by BOTH Omega-Force and Team Ninja. Both Mr. Hisashi Koinuma and Mr. Yosuke Hayashi will be producers of the game.Of course it's supervised by Nintendo's own Mr. Eiji AonumaIntroduced characters are Link and Impa (since Impa is written on the same group as Link I wonder if she could be playable. Still my own speculation though)And there are also original enemy characters here:The Black Witch ShiaThe Scorching Berserker VarugaThe Magician of Darkness Wizuro (Wizro?)Shia is the main enemy character here, and the latter 2 are her underlings

small sidenote..Team Ninja is mostly doing the cutscenes in the Dynasty /Warriors games since a couple of years..the raw game itself is developed by Omega Force
I don't know where else to put this.RIP NINTENDO WI-FI CONNECTION2005 - 2014Didn't even last 10 years. You will be missed.
https://twitter.com/ToxicAvenger666/status/468871660553400320Summarizes my thoughts up. At least PSP FF3's onion knight isn't gotten by online/local multiplayer shenanigans.Playing Shadow Dragon will suck though because limited class changes and whatnot.
I don't understand WHY they had to shut it down. Aren't people still playing SSB Brawl online..... Or... USED to anyway? How will people play SSB Brawn online now? DO they just go move on to SSB for Wii U and 3DS despite having different characters and stages? guess the eShop is offline for older systems as well? Or still online to shop around, just no game online modes.

The news about shutting the servers down was mentioned 2 weeks ago. There are many explanations about it but, it's bad for gamers who enjoyed it. This is the link from 2 weeks ago about the news: http://clashtournaments.com/wii-and-ds-wifi-connection-shutting-down-what-does-this-mean-for-smash/
You mean two months ago.I didn't know Nintendo used Gamespy. I guess they felt that replacing the server wasn't worth it.
Gamespy was cheap and this obviously paid the price in them going out of business. I doubt any company will learn from this and it will continue to happen. Not saying that them dropping support doesn't happen either. Every 3 months EA and a slew of others drop the online portions of games.
Lol...looks like a League of Legends character design. Wonder if this one was made by one of the Team Ninja guys who worked on dead or alive costume designs before.Guess that is the witch under a spell.

I'd rather just use this http://www.amazon.com/Pro-Commander-Wii-U-Nintendo/dp/B00ANHBJBYNow gimme my shill money, Nyko.
Great screenshots for Hyrule Warriors. I want to know how they are going to make Sonic's gameplay and button layout. I wonder how both of them will work as in SSB they had a total general gameplay layout for all characters wich was a good balance in game.
