That is a real reason.
If you are sitting at work and your boss walks by and sees a swastika, you will not work there much longer. Especially if he is a Jew or his father or grandfather died in WW2.
In America Hate Groups use the swastika. If I was employer and saw that, I would think that my employee was part of some white supremacist group, and I would look for a way to fire them.
Most employers are not going to ask you, Why is that there, they will just assume you are a racist piece of shit that at any moment, will go room to room with an assault rifle screaming kill the nigger.
I know these things don't happen in Chile but they happen here and I imagine that it happens in Europe as well.

1. It is more than war war two. It is the hate groups. Skinheads, white supremacist, peckerwoods, and the KKK. I imagine that isn't very common in Chile.
2. No I don't think we should censor controversial subjects, but I do think we should put images that can get you fired in spoilers. It wasn't like I removed the image.
Hell that swastika has a better chance of getting you fired than legos fucking.
But hey if you disagree. I'll unspoiler it. I'm acting on guidance from you admin. If you want to be more lax about, then guide away.

Lets consider the risks, someone looks over your shoulder and sees a swastika, they might think you are on a hate website.

Depends on the context, but under normal circumstances, I don't think they would. Kinda weird, I'm normally the voice of the opposition in these cases. Ah well.

Both points have valid positions, I can understand a flag with a nazi symbol being seen as weird by a co worker.
Tell me, you guys that use public libraries, do they ban that kind of stuff there? They dont here, but i dunno how it goes on your countries.
