First off...This is NOT my work...rather something that was part of an open source Beats of Rage PLUS demo in 2010.
The Author, T850, was part of the Programming team for Dong Dong Never Die and you can find his blog HERE (http://blog.sina.com.cn/t850)

Either T850 got real busy with real life seeing that daughter was born in 2010 or he just lost interest in the project. The good thing is these sprites even in their unfinished state are pretty nice looking and could serve for a good Axel character.
