This topic is for characters that arent technically in the roster. These are characters I wanted in the game, but left out due to roster size limits/other issues. Not all of these characters will actually be created. Its more of an expansion type thing/maybe list.
List:
Ken(Street Fighter)
Crimson Viper(Street Fighter 4)
Just about anyone from SF:mugen edition(varies)
Chris(Resident Evil) *
Leon(Resident Evil 2) *
Claire(Resident Evil 2) *
Mr.X(Resident Evil 2)
Hayato(Star Gladiator)
Ruby Heart(Marvel vs Capcom 2)
Zero
Tron Bonne
Regina(Dino Crisis)
Anakaris
Lilith
Batsu(I hope)

Chris(RE5 outfit), Leon, Claire, Zero, and Regina are all from CFAS and are listed here until their sprites are finished. Same goes for Viper(Felo's project).
If a character has sprites then its possible they could eventually make it in at a later time. There are some nice looking sprite projects out there that I'm interested in also. Feel free to post here, but I cant promise that people you request will make it.

Who would sprite the WHOLE thing? That's the real question.
Avenger: Viper misses aaround 50 sprites right now ;). I want to finishe with her before the end of the summer.

Tbh, Ive never played RS(Kyosuke is based entirely on CVS2) and I wont get a chance to play to September. Same for Megaman and a couple of others(Red Earth, Strider, etc).

Im adding Akuma to the list. Jz was opposed to S.Akuma having 3 lv3's so Im splitting his moveset. Akuma will have the super hadoukens, super tatsu, SGS, and his D,D super. Akuma will also have a roll while S.Akuma has a counter.

He wont be in the next group though. Maybe beta 3(which is everyone who I wanted in beta2, but couldnt finish)?

I'll get Cammy and Shin Akuma done today. Once I get to Illinois, I'll make topics for the dlc characters or post them in this topic.

Due to a roster shake up, the dlc list is going to change a bit. Cammy made it into the game(and is done). I'm limiting the game to 40 characters at the most. I'd like to limit the SF side a bit as well(they already have half of the roster at this point). If I drop someone, they might end up in a later expansion(leaning toward taking out around 4 SF guys).

I thought he was already a DLC character. He's certainly made too much progress on Ken to just give up on him now.

Ken is a very quick patch. He's already coded so I dont need to drop him.
