Feature Additions:
-Tag mode
-New Special and Super sparks
-Smaller character files(more optimized)
-AI scaling
-various fixes(Jill's helpers for one thing) -still need to fix this. Im just lazy
-Adjusted System(tweaking custom combo and Alpha Counters)
-Invincibility upon getting up was removed(Unthrowable is still in, but is limited)
-Throws were adjusted. Forward and back throws have different start up and damage.
-Throw teching has been tweaked. Its harder to tech out of throws now
Possible Features:

-Screen Pack
-Stages lol
. (There are 4 or so, but I didnt make them or modify them in any way. Credit goes to the original creators and Cybaster(patches).

Whatever happened to removing Custom Combo?

I want to get rid of it, but Jz still wants it. Mine isnt perfect(I think its 90% useless). Im still considering removing it.
Alpha counter might be upped to 1.5 bars.

Yeah, the juggle limit isn't even lifted. No looping HK Ruffian Kick into itself for me. But why the tweak on Alpha Counter?

I probably forgot to add the var(15) to the juggle variable.
I'm going to buff some of the counters. Alpha 3's counters were next to useless. Some of mine are semi useless(sweep counters for Ryu and Ken for instance).

So what you're saying is extra invincibility=more meter? Seems fair.

Forgot these:
Throw Tech will be adjusted as well as throws in general. Some throws will gain additional start up frames/recovery. This should have been done before, but I was lazy.

Im capping each SF game at 2 entries for the first beta. So the roster was adjusted. There will be 18-20 characters depending on how things go(whether or not any dlc gets in. Very unlikely).

While Im counting counterish messages as part of the sp(lifebars), Id like to have them in the first beta. Its up to Jz though(he has the combo messages in his MFJ fonts).

Unlikely that DLC chars do or don't make it in?

Meaning its probably going to be 18 characters. Ken might be the only dlc character I add in beta 1. It just depends on what I get done.

Ive been working on a side project(she wasnt going to be in the roster originally. More of a dlc/expansion thing). She has 2 specials, ex specials, and supers left to do. I might add her to the beta.

Ive been super busy and sick for the last 2 weeks(almost 3. Stupid cold). Commando is pretty much ready(a couple small things, AI, and some more testing). I'll be doing another poll for the SF 1 side(between Adon and Sagat. Possibly adding Ken to the poll)

Some additional changes coming in the beta I might have forgotten before:
-Command inputs are going to be tighter. No more walk back, qcf producing hcfs.
-Burn and shock palfx have been changed to waru's. I may switch to the flashing style Phantom/Jman use.

Oh and I managed to knock another 100mb off the file size. Its around 300mb atm, but It will be closer to 250ish by the time Im done. I forgot to crop Chun-Li and Jill had leftover fx. Haggar and Cody need their sounds redone(Cody's are in stereo iirc? Not sure about Haggar, but his snd file is bigger than a lot of my sffs). Hiryu needs to be cropped(or I need to switch to the color separated sprites). S.Akuma still has extra fx. Etc.

Throws had different start up times in cvs2. Usually 2 ticks. I think Gief's might have been different?

And I meant sffs. Average sff size is under 5mb now. Haggar's snd was like 8mb. Average snd is under 3mb(usually under 2).

Hmm... Id settle it the mugen way(AI matches!), but Sakura would be screwed since her AI wasnt even close to done. Karin is the hardest update of the 3. Cammy wasnt in CFJ so the other 2 have seniority... Etc.

Ive uploaded the Alpha for my testers. A couple characters were left out because of time(Cody and Karin). Tag is only in a couple characters because I may remove it(Ryu, Guile, and Chun-Li iirc?). I'll split it into Alpha 1 and 2. Then eventually release the beta(Im short a few characters for the beta).
