This is mostly for idea purposes. I'll list who has what for assists/ex assists. EX assists cost a full bar to perform.

How would you pull off these assists? You can't do MK+MP for assists and HP+HK for EX assists because custom combo is still in there.

You cant use CC in Tag mode(wont be able to anyway). MP+MK for the assist. EX assist is either D+Tag, or HP+HK

Oh, ok. I still advocate no Custom Combo, just reminding (read: nagging) you about that. I wouldn't mind either input, honestly.

HP+HK would be better imo. Im worried Down +mp+mk would mess up chargers

Also, I recommend EX Stone for Cody's EX assist. Plenty of hit/block stun to help pressure the foe. Just like what Cody does best.

That also breaks your charge

Cody's EX slide kick is an anti projectile assist. EX stone would sort of double as one(and a combo extender), but both are pretty useful.

Yeah, it's just that it seems odd for him to have to same move (different variants, but whatever) for different assists.

There are a lot of projectile assists, but I think EX slide gives you more overall options. It hits low also. Setting up potential unblockables. One gives him a combo extender, the other is a juggle extender/utility moves...

Some stuff to add to this(now that I had time to work on it):
-Assist is mp+mk. EX is qcf+mp+mk, tag is hp+hk
-Assists cant be thrown. It caused too many bugs.
-Chun-Li's assists were changed to lp kikouken and ex tenshou.
-Jill's assists are her red/green herb mix and ex zombie
-Kyosuke uses mp cross cutter instead of lp
-Assists cant be performed while(so far):
Being hit
Supers
Too quickly after calling an assist or tag(it sets a time limit)
Throws
-
Im still working on some bugs. All of which are ctrl related(I think I have a fix for that though. It seems to happen more with the AI).

In order to use tag/assists, you have to hit ctrl+3 if you are player 1 and ctrl+4 for player 2. Unless you want a com teammate(they wont heed your call though if its com)
