Hey guys, here's Suigetsu's update:
- New HitSparks, GuardSpark, SlashSpark, and Water Effects.
- Added a "swirl" effect to his sword, when thrown.
- Fixed various "infinites" that were found during testing.
- New Kawarimi Water, Water Prison, and Goushokuzame bubble effects.
- Added Sennen Goroshi support with Kakashi.

Description: Suigetsu is a strange shark-like person who can turn his body into water at any given moment. He also

Sounds:
Suigetsu has both an English and Japanese sound pack.
To change them just open up his .def file
and change the line that starts with "snd = " to one of the following:

Air Dash - Yes
Commands are mapped across the a, b, and c keys for simple
play style. A is for lighter attacks, b for medium, and c for
stronger melee and hydrofication (modified muscle structure) attacks that do a little extra damage but are slower.
Crouching + A is Suigetsu's Launcher. He slashes the enemy upward and can follow up with a jump up to them
and then a combo that sends them back down to the ground.

Description:

Special Movements:
Grand Aqua Slash - QCF+a - 1000
Description: Suigetsu sinks into the ground, turning into a puddle of water, avoiding most high attacks. He then appears
near the enemy and then emerges from the puddle with a huge upwards slash.
Note: Suigetsu will move the enemy's location regardless of where they are, but he will only do so on the ground.
Kubikiri Houchou Shuriken - QCB+a - 1000
Description: Suigetsu enhances the muscles in his arm to the point where he can throw his sword with one hand. If the sword hits the enemy,
they are pulled back to Suigetsu where he can follow up with a combo.
Note: The sword will try to get to the enemy, but does not home onto them and get be easily avoided.
If the sword is blocked, hits the wall, floor or another object, it will return to Suigetsu without the enemy.
Suiton: Gousuiwan No Jutsu - QCF+b - 2000
Description: Suigetsu enhances the muscles in his arm enough so that he can hold his sword with one hand. With said arm he makes a slow,
powerful slash that knocks the enemy far backwards.
Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu - QCB+b - 2000
Description: Suigetsu tries to grab the enemy. If he's successful, he replaces himself with a clone and appears beind the enemy. The clone
then forms a watery orb around the enemy causing them to drown for a short amount of time. After some time has passed the clone dies and
the enemy is released, falling to the ground.
Note: The enemy can be released if the clone dies early from being hit.
Tripple Aqua Slash - QCF+c - 3000
Description: Suigetsu attempts to slash the enemy. If he hits, he follows up with many quick rising slashes that send the enemy into the air.
Suigetsu then finishes with a large falling slash to the ground.
Note: Suigetsu will still do the followup if blocked but with a lot less damage.
Suiton: Goshokuzame - QCB+c - 3000
Description: Suigetsu summons some water sharks that fly towards the enemy and burst into a bubbly, watery explosion.
Note: The sharks will home onto the enemy.
Pressing z, after guarding at least one attack, will consume
350 power to teleport Suigetsu using Kawarimi. He will appear
behind P2 ready to start comboing. Kawarimi in this case creates no log
but causes a bubbly explosion.

Suigetsu was a new take on my NZC style of characters. He had new super portraits implemented and his entire moveset was completely custom sprited.
I hope you enjoy him because I put a lot of extra effort into this one, hence the reason it took so long.
