Title: Color Separated Sprites for Dr. Doom, Felicia, M. Bison, and Guy

I finished these patches a while ago, but figured I'd post the actual sprites here for anybody who wants to use them.  All sprites have axis, but I left any non-connected effects out. Edit 01/19/14 - Guy added
