Hi, since this engine is new, I am curious to find out which characters and stages do you wish to add in EF-12, for mine:
Characters:
Street Fighter 4: Ryu, Ken, Gouki, Sagat, Evil Ryu
Street Fighter X Tekken: Ryu, Ken, Gouki, Sagat, Kazuya and Jin
Tekken Series: (Mostly Tekken 5, Tekken 6 or Tekken Tag 2): Devil JIn (Tekken 5), Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima
Soul Calibur Series: Mitsurugi and Nightmare
Stages:
Mostly Tekken's stage:
Tekken 5: Devil Jin's Stage
Tekken 5 DR: Devil Jin's Stage
Tekken 6: Lightning Storm and Jin kazama's Stage

at most, my total roster would be 22 characters including the first six sample characters.

Is it even possible to rip the stages from Tekken? I know character models have already been ripped, but i've never seen the stages' models.

I know it might take 10000 years to convert all of these :( but a dream is a dream, 58 Chars in total would be 60 if i find Robert Garcia and Haohmaru in 3d, as for stages i never realy liked 3d stages so any would be fine with me.

Tekken stage rips will be done somehow.
My wishlist (which like two of these things will happen) :
Siba of Virtua Fighter (who never made it).
Jin Fu-ha (the next closest thing)
Ryo Hazuki of Shenmue (that trademark shit wasn't funny).
Fighter's Megamix (because Sega is awesome, even if they're hopelessly incompetent).
DmC Dante (so I can beat the hell out of him with real Dante).
Fulgore, Cyrax, and Sektor (so I can make a game where you prevent robots from taking over the world).
Paul Phoenix (our only hero against the robot menace).
Ryu Hayabusa of Ninja Gaiden (because ninja are awesome).
Ryu's wives Kasumi, Ayane, and Momiji (see above).
Joe Musashi of Shinobi (see above).
A game like The Last Bronx (my hometown btw, even though that game takes place in Japan). :laugh4:
Mike Haggar (do I need to explain).
Sheng Long (because I refuse to believe that he's the same as Gouken).
Goku and Superman (because well... you know).
D-X and nWo (I miss when wrestling wasn't PG).
3D remakes of stages from CPS2/CPS3/NeoGeo Fighters (the best stages).
DoA's stages (environmental interaction... it's about time).
Lightning of FFXIII (just to piss people off).
Hazama (see above, though I don't think it would work as well as I'd like).
Mai, Iroha, and Dizzy (because boobs (http://simg.gelbooru.com//images/1453/f128739c95a7d3192f45adfa5495f1ef.gif?1664894) - suggestive but it's PG-13 at worst).
An Athena with Thunder Thighs and actually looks like a 18 year old (because Playmore will never do it). :P

I'd prefer to make my own original characters (since I've had the idea of this martial arts like series for years but wasn't possible for Mugen unless I dedicated time I don't have) but since I know people are going to want the "big names" first, I'll practice with that for the time being.

Lightning of FFXIII (just to piss people off).
That hardly seems something to piss people off with. Now, if the character was terrible...
Anyways, the more odd the better. I know of a Brock Samson rip from Poker Night 2 that's just asking to be made to smash some heads in. Same for Faith Connors, but somehow I doubt she'll transition to fighting all that well.
Now, on the other hand. stages from Mirror's Edge, that's a whole 'nother thing I'd be surprised if that's not done.
I'd also hope that if someone takes up Soul Calibur characters, they improve on Darth Vader and Yoda. Fun as hell characters, but....they weren't perfect.

I'd like to see a cartoon or anime character. What I had in mind was Spongebob, but more unorthodox video game characters would be cool, too. Like Mario.

I always got the impression that most people hated her. I've been semi-lurking NeoGaf too much.
To be fair, more the hate seems to be towards Toriyama & Square Enix for putting her in nearly everything they do (combined with FFXIII being a rather divisive game in the series).

Not really worried about stages. For the characters I hope for?
Psylocke, Thanos, Shuma-Gorath, Dormammu, Blackheart, Morrigan, Sentinel, Tron Bonne.
Alisa, True Ogre, Ancient Ogre, Devil Jin, Yoshimitsu, Unknown, Jinpachi.
Seth, Gill, Twelve, Q, Necro, Juri, Hakan.
There's a few more, and I hope to learn how to do all this to make my own.

Could be fun just to consider how to go about presenting him as a hitable target, what with him being 2D in a 3D match and all.
But that's just my crazy idea. Something a little more ground in reality, would like to see Star Gladiator characters converted.

Why the clone? I mean, he's cool and all, if a bit short-lived, but he has an actual character already done with SoulCalibur IV. Why make a new character altogether to work in the new dual-wielding clone?
Now, an alt. outfit of the clone over The Apprentice if he's done, that would be awesome. Same to his actual alt. outfits from his games, the improved Darth Vader life-support suit, the DNA fusion Maul/Starkiller guy, Proxy, all that fun stuff.

I could easily see EF-12 becoming as popular as Mugen, and quickly.
Also, I'm kinda surprised that nobody mentioned my favorite self proclaimed "space ninja" who supposedly clawed himself up from the bowels of the earth.
Why no Yoshimitsu love!?
My absolute favorite costume is his overlooked and underrated Tekken 4 alternate/kick button costume (as pictured in my Avatar). Followed by his popular Tekken 3/SFxT variant, and then his Tekken 1 outfit.
Vega/Claw would be cool.
And for the love of gawd, Grey Fox. Someone PLEASE make a Grey Fox!!

character lists are useless, if any of you want to start a character for this, all you have to do is actually start it. Cmon guys, dont make a "wishlist version ef12 " be the most posted thread in this sub forum, thats not cool.

I like to think of this wishlist as a starting point for people in terms of ideas. They might want to make a character people want, so this thread would be a useful reference.

wishlists never served any purpose as far as people deciding what characters to do. If you want to do a character you do a character from your own wishlist. No one is going to use up weeks of their time preparing content that they dont enjoy but others want to see. Even in mugen, wishlists were always just people daydreaming about what they wish they had. You can start to learn how to paint textures in the same time it would take you to make a detailed wishlist.

It's not SFxT, but there's at least one Yoshimitsu out there. Maverik released it as a demo or beta or something ages ago. I don't think I've tried it yet but it's on my hard drive somewhere.

Yes,yes there's Maverick's Yoshimitsu but actually I don't dig rendered sprites at all. I love pixels, and that's what brought me to mugen. So since it's only a 'wish-list' I would love to see these chars sprited in capcom-ish way.
That's why I cannot wait for Jin by Byakko\CVSAbstract. Mugen definitely needs more decent Tekken characters.

I hope that someone actually gets decent Lara Croft of PS1 era and charm done, as well as Xena, Hercules, Conan and other mythological heroes from TV series and shows (mostly of the 90's), maybe Buffy the vampire slayer, Jennifer Garner's Alias, Black Scorpion (Either Michelle Lintel or Joan Severance doesn't really matter...), Duke Nukem, Serious Sam, Indiana Jones, Wichblade (Yancy Butler), Trinity (Matrix), Nightman (Matt McColm) and others in that sense! I'm huge fan of 90's superheros and mythological heroes TV shows and series!

Thinking a little more about this, I'd make stages based off of the original Tekken Tag. And... well, every Tekken Tag character. What can I say, I'm in a nostalgic Fighting Game mood today.

Well, we should see Homer, Peter Griffin, Ernie the Giant Chicken and Krusty in this engine. They went to MUGEN first, so why not this engine too? :3
And maybe, Waku Waku 7 characters. It could be a great challenge on making 3D models of these guys and adding them to the 3D engine world of fighting.

I'm surprised no actually called out for him.
Captain Falcon.
Main difference between him and 90% of these other requests (I -have- seen other Nintendo content being wishlisted here so that's part of the other 10%) is that... well, it can't be that hard to rip or convert the chr0 animations. And hell, the models in Brawl are all MDL0s.
Actually... the second thing I'd add to my wish "list" would be BRSTM support.
