About those MM9 chars by Emiliano, he never released them as separate characters for normal MUGEN, he only made the closed MM9 fullgame with all those chars inside

They were released once at his site as separate characters, but links are dead and they are only in the closed fullgame now as you say.

Try to ask Kamekaze himself. He's usually online, so a PM can work. I did the same for one of his HD (Hyper Dimension) characters.
