Yuki one looks pretty weird in perspective. The other ones are pretty damn nice, the 8-bit ones can be quite difficult to do. Pretty amazing work :)

Yuki is the first small portrait I did in the history, and that's why it's look inconsistent. Possibly redo or make another version in the future, who knows.

And about the 8-bit smalports, in fact the Old School Mega Man was the most easy one - it's just MM9' title screen sprite (http://www.sprites-inc.co.uk/files/Classic/MM9/Misc/Screen/mm9_title.png) adapted to 5 colors, and some edit here and there to match the palette. It's more like an adaptation than a conversion.

Gen by Varo Hades. He uses the same base's portrait than Descolor's one, but with a color separation ;)

Surprisingly, the source images I was going to use have the perfect size to fit on a small portrait. So the work on these two ended up being very quick.

I see: It's in fact indexed, but the hair shares colors with his pants/headband. While I personally don't bother with that, it may look wrong on different palettes.

Aaaannd here's my try on Taskmaster. I tought this pic wouldn't work with the default palette, but the result became pretty good:

Thedge's Sean? The version I downloaded already comes with a small portrait. Check the values on his sff.
