hi, i want to share with you guys this wip that loganir and i been working on.. this was my first wip ever and after what we did with cyclops, i wanted to give this character a new take. loganir and i been working on many things for this character, will be closer to his comic book custom too. for those that have seen this character before, many things will change as far as moves and gameplay.. so here are some things we have done..

this intro idea was by a friend, ANC..

I remember seeing this on Loganir's site. Cyclops plays like a dream. Hopefully things are coming together nicely for Electro. I see so much potential in this character. Are you two collaborating on She Hulk as well?

Good luck with tis one. Mugen does need more good-quality comic stuff.
I always loved your sprites, and I'm pretty sure that you along with Loganir will do some awesome things with Electro.
I'm realy hyped for this project :)

thanks for the support.. and yes we have done lots of new things for this character.. he will have some new cool moves and lots of new basics too.. and something i didn't do before was some proper intros and win poses which we have done some nice ones.. i also have learned a lot since i first made the wip long ago. something i did new too was that i went back to all sprites and did the shading over so he looks a lot better too.. we will show more later.. i also have a sprite topic here were i posted his hyper port and other things.. more later...

What's up guys, I'll post some stuff here for this new take of the char I'm doing with Verz36.

I've been working on new anims for Electro and also in the coding process for a new set of specials.
Some of the new sprite edits i did... there's a few more in the work.

A special and a hyper move, these eventually will replace some moveset of the beta around.
I'm also making a config file to select if you want Electro triggering shock anims from chars (when they have it).

Below it's a winpose Verz36 did edited over SFA Adon.
I had this idea of adding some sort of "Tesla coil" like a eletric effect to him.

Im a big fan or marvel, and ive never been onboard with characters composed of edited marvel versus series, but this is amazing, looks very solid and original on its own, great work!

You mean costume or a grab... He's going to have a eletrocution grab similar to that in the works. 
We also have some plans of CS him to resemble the "gauntlet saga" costume, even if the big mask makes his look a bit different than that.

Verz36 and I still cooking some surprises for this char.

Great work as usual from you two guys!

Seeing Electro being revived like this makes me wish Hobgoblin and Wucash would return to finish their nearly finished Spiderman game!

Also I think you could improve this animation a bit by having his arms in the right frames bounce the same as in the left frames.

We started this by some time after Cykes release.
Verz36 always wanted to remake this char properly and the new movie just fueled it a bit more for us.

We decided for a new stand to make this char quickly recognizable as new and different.

So I've been cooking this new stand for Electro by some time,
here a screenshoot anim ( don't mind gif colorloss, in game it's much better)

This is another special, a anti-aerial.
Not exactly the eventual "captain corridor" kind of type we used to know,
since there's a increase of size and startup time with buttons pressed.
 I plan also making this a chargeable move... maybe.

Still a work in progress in need of some adjustments, AI and other minor stuff.
His full hyperchain level 3 currently in the works and almost ready, but a small part can be seen on this video.

Working non stop these last days on Electro, hope you guys like this preview.

Thanks to Hype VoiceActing who put a lot of soul on Electro voices, like you guys can check here.

Loving how Electro plays in here, really awesome overall~

My only nitpick is his first intro in the video. It seems quite slow and time taking, and I feel that could be fixed by simply making it faster.

Man, that looks absolutely... beautiful, I think I could cry. It looks SO good. The only thing is that he looks a bit sluggish (recording issues perhaps?) but damn, it is great. The voice acting is damn good too :D

I suggest changing his "smart grenade" move name, since the smart grenade made sense in ironman where it was a computerized grenade but here its more like a ball of lightning.

In fact recorded the video with mugen speed on slow2....
having some issues with framerate and lag on my first attempts. Everything it's a bit more fast and sync on the real deal.

@iced... actually he says "Spark grenade" ;)

Damn that's scary. I love it. Would just add a bit more of muscle detail to his right (our left) leg to match his other leg.
