I don't think anything on this page should come as a surprise. Ryu has no OTG or ground bounce moves, but has a wall bounce. With the right assist, he can do some good combos, but can deal good damage on his own. His assists are all pretty useful as well. It's Ryu.......what more needs to be explained. I'm gonna post the FX that need to be filtered so anyone can try. Doesn't need to be limited to the palette, as I'm gonna use remappal for Fx. Suggestions and C&C are welcomed.

No. Ryu is more or less finished. I'm gonna try and limit chars to 3-4 special moves when possible.

I was thinking of changing out Ryu's Tatsu assist for Joudan Sokutogeri. I also planned on replacing one of the classic assists for Akuma and Ken as well. [SPOILER ALERT: Akuma and Ken will be in the game]

So it'll be set up like this:

Ryu Assists: (no tatsu)
Hadouken
Shoryuken
Joudan Sokugeri

Ken Assists: (no hadouken)
Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku
Shoryuken
Ryusen Kyaku

Akuma Assists: (no shoryuken)
Gohadoken
Tatsumaki Zankukyaku
Hyakki Gojin

How does this sound? Thoughts?

Ken's ryusenkyaku is an otg right? Sounds fine to me. Makes Ryu a better assist imo
