Since there are 20 competitors, if people were to vote randomly without taking into account the quality of the characters or their personal tastes, each character would have a 5% chance of winning the competition.
15% is actually a very good number. :P

It shouldn't have even gotten that high, it was a minor update that qualified it for this month and there were more deserving candidates that were actually new.
