In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of
June July that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until July 19th August 18th.

Someone (who isn't Rajaa) will create a comprehensive list of the nominations' progress every couple of days or so. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.
Feel free to create the list yourself if you feel like it.
- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character
Remember, Jesus loves you and to show him gratification and submit, you should nominate characters and also vote when the time comes. Now, more than ever, in a time where MUGEN Gods like PotS have been vanquished, we need a reliable force to stand up to those who wish to do MUGEN harm.

I think yes, only if is playable even if it's a beta, it counts as a release ;) And also yes, since it will count as a update in part, so Freeza can be nominated again when will be released complete :P
