Title: PM Problems

OK ummmm, Idk why but I don't seem to know why I can't PM ShinRei here at MFG.
I don't believe he blocked me its just well, it just doesnt send.
I gave him a message, then all of a sudden, I dont get back to my inbox, I get back to the same page, message there but ShinRei is not.
mind helping me out here?

Could their PM box be full? If they are a contributor that can't be it. But I don't remember if he is or not.

my PM box was empty yet contact with shinrei is still iffy.

He's not a contributor, so his PM box, not yours, should be limited to 20 PMs.

I just sent him a PM successfully. (Unless admins/mods can still send PMs even if the limit is reached which is possible and would make sense)
