Title: Pivot Animator (need help)

Question 1: How i can add a text/subtitles or anything to my animations that i completed? (solved)
Question 2: Can i add Sound effects for my animations? (solved)

For question 2, I think that sound effects are have to be added in a different program after export. Export the .avi and then import it into a video editing program like Adobe Premier Pro.

I'm not really familliar of editing, could you explain me on how to timing the effect for each frames?

It depends on which video editing program you're using. Most are similar in usage. There's a timeline a scrubber. Add players of sound and make sure they play on the points in the timeline where you want them to.
