Title: Help choosing an Arcade Stick

I've been recently investing on an arcade stick I'll be using for my PS3/PC. I really lack knowledge when it comes to arcade stick brands, and their specs. Should I get this used one, or should I buy a brand new one? My budget is $50. Should I get another fightstick instead of this one? Should I custom build? Any form of help is appreciated!
