In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of October that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until November 17th

We will create a comprehensive list of the nominations' progress every couple of days or so. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.
Feel free to create the list yourself if you feel like it.
- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character

lol i would barely call warner, royce, and gladiacloud obscure. and koop and vans are as popular as you can get

I think he meant the characters themselves, not the creators. The legend of Cipitio is pretty much exclusive to El Salvador, SFEX barely gets much notice, plus there's weird stuff like characters from pirated games, and even Xiangfei doesn't exactly get much attention.
