Title: Is this possible ?

I just want to ask about the "Mugen select screen". if it is possible to have  the select character sounds as individual character voices like "King of Fighters XIII"
Any Method would be appreciated

Why isn't it possible? Can't you just mess around with the code and find a way to put those in?

Blizz, it's because mugen is not open source. We're given a proprietary language called CNS that can only control so much. Mugen is extremely limited in that sense.

and THAT, is why people often go to making their own fighting game engines because of limits that Mugen has. It's sad, really. Mugen has SO MUCH potential to do things. Yet, we're limited to do so much with its CNS format. Sorry. :(
