Title: Graphic troubles with iOS 7 iPad2

I don't get my iOS 7. It's different from everyone in my family's. It's all iOS 7 iPad 2, but mine has graphic troubles. Whenever you open an app on another iPad, it goes from shrink to enlarge, but mine just fades from home screen into app screen.  When I press the button that's meant to show all apps that are open. it shrinks and shows all other shrinked apps on my brother's iPad, but on mine, it just appears. No shrinking, no fading, just appears.Same with closing an app. Plus I can't actually toggle through apps by sliding, when I slide, it just appears like a ghost! What is wrong here?

You may have inadvertently enabled the 'Reduce Motion' setting, you can toggle this in the settings menu under "General -> Accessibility"
