Title: Greetings... I have a bug with a Grab command.

Look guys, it is my first character and i don't really know how fix this:

It literally blanks out of nowhere the opponent and then everything is fine... Could someone help me please?

it happen against everyone or against code-k only?

Absolutely everyone... Excluding "GM's" Gill once... but it happens with every single character i have.

make your current grab code only for that gill. by adding triggerall=enemynear,name=gill
and make another grab code for other char using kfm as base opponent edit the grab code until you completely fix it. you should repost this thread in mugen development help not mugen configuration help people rarely reply here.

It just got me error now... so removed those commands, OH! Thanks for moving the topic "Just No Point".

Press Ctrl+D to enter debug mode

Press Ctrl+D again to toggle which character's info is showing in the overlay.

Also press Ctrl+C to show CLSN boxes.


Looking at the ACTIONID and STATENO values you should be able to see what's not right.

I guess the command grab puts P2 in a custom state (like all throws & command grabs), with an anim that involves "non-standard" sprite index numbers.
Altoiddealer's advice will tell you what anim and which sprited are displayed, which will definetly give us a hint ;)

If you use sprites other than the required sprites for a grab (i.e 5000,5001,5002,5010,etc.) in the animations, you'll get vanishing shit. Don't do that.
