following the release / update of my Marvel vs Touhou: RE:BOOT screenpack (get it while it's still hot :p (http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/marvel-vs-touhou-re-boot-1-1-opengl-188479.0.html)), i thought to myself that the next logical step would be to build some lifebars to go with it, and so i went and did exactly that.

anyways, let's not waste our time talking and move on to the screenshots:

Damn good. Not complaining but I think the Touhou text under the timer could use a similar flash like Marvel. Otherwise, this looks clean and pretty colorful. Me like this.

it actually does have the shining effect, but i suppose it's not very as noticeable cuz i've applied the effect to thinly (or maybe the color on the text is too bright), but either way, that should be an easy fix.

is this health gauge opengl exclusive?

if the title isn't of any indication, yeah :p

can't really promise a non opengl/1.0 version at this moment, sorry bout that.

Little update:

- fixed the issue with mid sprites not showing up (the red bar that briefly stays in place when you lose health)
- fixed the slight mispositioning  on the turns mode portraits for the normal portraits version
- adjusted the shine effects on the marvel and touhou logo so that they're a bit more prominent now.

go ahead and redownload.
