Title: What is this bloody game?

Second request...this time for information, actually. I don't remember much, but there was a DBZ Full Game project being worked on. It had, iirc, completely custom sprites. Or they might have been edited, I don't remember exactly. It had it's own page and everything, and it was pretty hyped up....I hope someone knows what the heck I'm on about, haha. All I know is that it's NOT Mugen DBZ Dream. Hope you guys can help :)
