Adon, Joe Higashi and Ken Masters.
These 3 characters were made originally for the extinct CVS3 project, and I want to share with all of you as open-source chars. Joe and Ken were made along with Parker/ShinRyuKe, who gaves me authorization to use these chars as I wish. And I wish someone can finish them as they deserve, as never I did...

3 of them are 100% playable and with few moves on them, but just Joe has sounds. You can finish them or use them as base for your own characters.

i am going to edit your Adon, and finish him up with some "ryon" style added to him.

I wanted to make a Ken with CvS2 sprites, so I guess I'll edit/add to yours. With credit to you of coarse.  ;)
