How is it? Any obvious improvements over the first? Are some abilities still broken? Does it still crash at complete random?

so far no crashes but the effects of the storm is stupid. one minute its sunny clear and bright, then in a flash its rainy stormy and dim....then moments later back to normal. that part was horrible. Transition of storm could have been better. i have the first one and my char saved at lvl 47 so i could import over to riptide to start at that level with all the perks and skills ive unlocked. that was real cool though. oh and you have the new thing where you can level up your team entirely on who you pick as a partner. something i didnt mess with yet. you do certain objectives for that partner you choose and you get team combat perks er somethin

What's the name on Warusaki's Terry?  You can just change your Terry's name to it so the intro will still function.

Nah thing is he did what pots did. You know the intro where only his Geese & vega have that intro? well he coded it to only happen under his name and creations since the intro is pretty major and interactive....

like this (notice the && enemy,authorname):

so basically yes there are other "vega" named characters out there but he made it stick so that ONLY that major intro happens versus his Geese type. so that it definitely works and not screw up.

same thing warasuki did....he knew that there would be some un experienced creators out there that would have "cvsterry" as a trigger name (not the display name) and that terry character is NOTHING like his terry type and dont have the hat catch animation for the intro and pretty much his Ken char will be tossing the hat at that other (un experienced) creators terry and he will already have his hat on saying "OK!!"  smh

I also am a fan of terry bogard and when you buy the two games was to see that versus, from the 92 expected to be given and when the game finally came out with the shit they put Kyo ... The Terry that I have is the fact by Warusaki3, like Ryu, and if you have others in mind versus have one opening between Ken and Andy Warusaki3 Jesuzilla, that would also be great, and I mean a Adon vs Joe! ! ... But they are only suggestions

Unfortunately, those other characters you mentioned are not created by me and i would have to go in those authors characters and edit some stuff to make it work. and THAT isnt my cup of tea haha. Only thing i could do is try to get things as close as possible to trigger versus certain authors characters whos name intro triggers arent too limited.

for example Warusaki3. i was so bummed because i realized later on that i couldnt keep in my ken vs terry intro...YES THE CVS HAT TOSS INTRO. if i knew Warusaki3 like that id ask him to update his ken to trigger that intro versus my terry also since i mimicked the intro just like he did. but i guess he was the only author out there who did that intro like how Pots is the only one who has that cool intro of Geese Vs Vega. he only triggered it to happen under his own author name.

he would have to go in and add a trigger that looks like this:

see what im saying? That code would have to be in HIS character. its a major patch update an author would have to do if they wanted certain intros of theirs to happen vs certain other creators characters. If they really wanted the public to enjoy me & their intro

I took it out of my terry after i created it because i really doubted everyone would even take a trigger (patch) and paste it in their Warusaki3 ken char. The vote would have to be high on that...if it was id put that intro back and then upload a patch code to trigger that intro if they wanted that in my terry to happen vs his character

The only Intro i have vs a CVS char and its light is versus Warusaki3 cvs rock howard. he just says a line and zips up his sleeve saying "Terry" and somethin in japanese. my terry says "hey, Lil kid" or "hey Rookie"...whatever he says haha

But in general i have a good amount of intros. even a Parody intro when he versus himself

I must admit, I just saw these images excited me, because these are the intros was gonna do to my characters in my mugen (Terry vs Ryu), make paresentation of what was originally the Original versus, D THE CHEMIST, when you're ready sprites and codes that I would like, you will provide and which were compatible for all kinds of chars mugen (since XMugen particular game with my XBox Classic), if not much to ask .... thanks

Glad you like the visuals. It was something i always wanted to see in CVS1 & CVS2 But they never did it....and for some reason no one thought to do it for mugen so as a huge terry bogard fan i had to throw that in there...

As for the compatibility with other characters, i only coded it to happen versus most Ryu characters. Reason is because they are "True Rivals" and i have a lot of custom intros versus other characters already and random ones. So to pay homage to those two rivals i left it like that.

and he will be for Winmugen....hes fine in 1.0 also but i may officially make a patch for 1.0 later on after release

ill have to say some damn good remakes of the SNES "NInja warriors" trio with some cool sharp FX that "pots" or "Vyn" used.....whoever does it may have to add in a bit of extra custom sprites but it would worth it

Its supposed to be a announcer combo trigger that says "Fantastic!!" every time your hit counter goes up 30 hits

When i use this set up the announcer seems to only trigger once per Round. i actually want this to happen every time the counter reaches 30 hits per round.

How can make this better?
