Those are a lot of fighters lol… How much is that?

keep working at it. I’m a fan of the different lifebars people come up with so would be cool to see what kind of lifebars you bring to the table.

Is there anyway to have a character pick up objects in stages. I mean like both player 1 and 2 being able to pick up the same object

the full character select screen you want isn't that appealing. Why not some custom portraits like the actual Select screen

No it's those idiots who post matches on youtube who use broken and poorly made characters and "Naruto Mugen" screenpacks...well it's not killing it, but it gives it a bad name :/


Maybe I’ll think about it though I want to add like 50 characters by the end of this game and I just don’t think I’ll be able to customize the screen pack that well with that many characters. I seen some screen packs that have  just the name of the games like so...

I was thinking of maybe doing something like this but with Street fighter Alpha 1,2,3, and custom. To tell the truth tho I been working on this game since 2002 I’m losing steam here. I don’t know if I even care about mugen as much as I once did. I may just finish up this game as is then let people judge as they wish cuz I just need to move on. It’s rather disappointing being told to do this and that then when you do people tend to hate the game even more or don’t even try it. So maybe if I get some motivation or I come up with a really great idea I might do more with the game but till then i'm sorry but love it or hate it this is the feel of the game play and the look of the screen pack unless i come up with anything better.


By the way i still yet to get any real feedback about the game play And considering I spent 2 years redoing the game play cuz people thought it needed redone I just think this shows how much people don’t care about this game and I just don’t want to waste anymore time on something no one cares about.

For those that don’t like the blood sparks i added a patch for SFA3 hit sparks. I need to work on them more but this should hold off people till next release.

oh no you got it wrong, I'm not bashing you without a reason, in fact I dont even know who you are so I'm sure I have nothing against you. If you still think I'm bashing you then let's say I don, and that I do have reasons which were already covered in my post.

You are free to watch the progress of my fullgame in the "projects" section on this forum, the thread is labelled as "KOF: NESTS Conclusion" and there are many videos about it but I dont wannaa hijack your thread with links and whatnot because it's irrelevant to the graphical feedback I gave to you (And obviously dont care about it, good job there using totally different artwork styles, you're a genius).

The release is in a month or so but to be honest someone with your level of mugen knowledge will most likely not going to have enough experience to enjoy the game at all since you dont know what's interesting and what's not when it comes to the engine itself and the coding posibilities of a fullgame (I'm sure you understand that all this is derived from your OWN posts, you were the one who pretty much said that can't code chars from scratch or something like that, your grammar on that particular sentence was pretty bad so it's not as clear as it should).

I also find it funny that in order to give feedback you must be a mugen coder, nice work there playing nazi mode, so common mugen users can't say anything unless it's good or pleasing to you. God, I really can't believe you're 26 years old, you're older than me yet your way to post reminds me of 12 years old kids who are proud of their compilations...

BTW, if I'm killing mugen, I pretty much dont care, the community seems to be full of people like you, so it may aswell just die without me rising a single hand...

I will check out your game because I believe in reviewing the games before bashing. Maybe I’ll look at one screen shot and tell you how much it sucks. I remember when this forum was a place for true mugen fans not a place for over ego people to gather around and talk about how there shit don’t stink. That’s the last thing I’m saying because every time I read one of your post I get no feedback and only pointless comments. Though I will review your game when it comes out and I won’t bash it ether.

Edit: From what I seen of this game you do have a team of people. I would like people to keep in mind that I’m one person with a full time job and a life. The game is not perfect sure, but worth trying.

haha! people like me who actually code his own fullgames and dont grab other people creations and bash them on a pack and do small tweaks to me them look like a fullgame? I'm killing mugen? Please...

"OH IT'S A DEMO! So I won't make the slight effort to make it look decent!", presentation is as important as the game is, if it looks like turd, it is most likely turd, if you can't understand that and make some decent work on the graphic section then don't bother taking feedback.

Look at those portraits, Chun Li is using edited Athena KOF ARTWORK! And Rose SFA artwork, do you really get what I mean right? You're failing at basics here, if you only want roses I can give you some but it wont help you improve at all because I honestly dont have any roses for this game so far...

I take feedback not bullshit, play the game then bitch all you want.

the art work is fine to me considering this is based off of Street fighter Zero.
I use other creations as a outline I know coding pretty damn good but I have a image of what I want and I cant gain that if I have to start from scratch. Anyway I’m not one for fighting let me see your work I’ll try it out and then you can try mine out and if you don’t like it still then bash me all you like. Tho I wont take back what I said about you killing mugen. I think people who bash people for no reason (like you clearly are) well are killing mugen.

God! You could ATLEAST arrange the char select screen slots in a better way, what's wrong with you people? There's a standard limit for bad taste...

anyway you might want to try the game before you bash it. I hate dealing with ignorant people like you because it’s people like you who are killing mugen. I been using mugen since 2002 and been working on this game since then. So it’s worth trying and if you’re not going to try it then take your negative comments and go (well use your imagination)

I was going to download this until I saw that other screenshot in your website where Rose is "stabbing" Sean and all that ketchup-like blood comes out.

Street Fighter has never been about blood and guts so...sorry, I'll pass.

I’m not trying to make it about the blood lol I just added the blood FX cuz I wanted more of a realistic Fx. But I don’t think it’s to the point of unbearable

Here is the 2nt release of my game “Street Fighter Zero V2 Demo”
Updates:

I added Rose and took out Hugo (Hugo will be in later releases but not till way down the line)
I went back and added A.I. as well as light combo’s for everyone
Also fixed damage and a lot of lil things like that.
Updated to newer mugen!

… I know it doesn’t seem like much but the game play should feel much better than last release (hopfully). I would of liked to of done more but had a lot of draw backs. I hope in next release I will be able to get more in.

also I need to give a big thank you to kkhohoho. He really gave me some very helpful advice.

That's not exactly what I want to do. This move has to hit while the opponent stands but also while the opponent is on the ground. I guess what I’m asking is if there is away to make this move hit the opponent on the ground no matter what. Even if the other moves has a large juggle. For instance ryu does his Hurricane kick and I have his juggle high because I don’t want him to be able to chain combo into other moves (even his crouch moves). But I still want it where he can hit the opponent on the ground with one of the crouch moves. I mean if it’s one of those things that is going to be a bunch of changing around codes then I’ll just simply take it out but I just wanted to see if it’s possible without having to do major changes to the other moves.

I have it where you can hit an opponent on the ground but I came across a problem where if there is too much juggle on a move then you won’t be able to follow up by hitting the opponent on the ground. Is there a way around this without changing the juggle or should I just get rid of the ground hitting moves altogether?

I always thought that.. that’s why I wonder why sigma never made it into any of capcom vs series. I hope he is in MvC3 but I’m not holding my breath on that one.

Juggling problem

I have this move that hits the oponet in the air and hits them 5 times before they hit the ground. The problem is that when they fall I am able to chain attack into them. I tried to change the juggle of the move but it effects the whole move and will make it where the move does only 1 hit instead of the 5. Is there away to change the juggle of only the last hit and have it not effect the rest of the hits?
