Thanks some of that I did not even think about.
Well let me start here

1) I never thought about how it covered the logo I will change that soon

2) I will do this too, thank!

3) I know I did a lot of typos, my spelling aint the best. If you can maybe write down some of the intros in ways they should be written I would gladly change them.

4) the buttons are the way they are just cuz that's how I like them as, sorry if this messes some people up if it's a big problem I'll change it.

5) well some characters have a special mode if you hold enter and the A button. Like Ryu has “Dark Hadou” mode and some characters I just took out some moves cuz I did not like them and I got lazy on taking out the code but I am going to go thru and get rid of what's not needed. As for the power bar's I set it up for some moves to be level 3 and some not. Some characters are set up in a different way like the Ex characters and bison and some others.


6) maybe I’ll do more with the blood sparks in later releases. Anything you think I should do with them?

7) I was thinking the Ex characters did not really go but I just liked them for some reason but I think I might replace them one day


3)for the intros and endings : the problem is the grammar and things like "Handa" instead of "Honda"...

4)I think you should leave the buttons layouts has they are in origin, and let the players change it in the options.


6)About the sparks: different sparks for every hit: 1 for the weak attack, one for the medium and one for the strong.Maybe no blood for the weak hit.

Guard sparks need IMO to be more....colorful?

7)Keeping or not the ex chars is up to you, but Go e Oyajin for example are too much similar with dan and the other shotos.

3) ah lol i miss things like that, i'll look over them again.

4) ok

6) The hits are different for each attack maybe it's just not that clear since it's blood but I'll see what I can think of as for guard sparks i'm not sure what IMO is?

7)Well the bottom row characters are more for fun and i put Oyajin in cuz he makes a funny story and kind of adds more to Dan and Go but like i said i am thinking of adding other characters in later releases so he might not stay.

Ok, I have done some little testing!

Here are some things I have found out for now:

1)The "mode select" in the beginning : put the writings down a little bit so they don't cover the "Street Fighters Zero" logo.

2)Select screen: try to reduce a little the size of the cells of the small portraits. Right now Ryu is almost out of the screen!

3)In game: a lot of intros and endings have typos.

4)in game : why the button layout of the characters ia all messed up? x,y,e z are for punches and a,b,c are for kicks.

5) some characters seems to have lost moves, like Ryu ShinShoryuken, and why every super take the whole power bar (3 level every time)?

6)The sparks: blood alone don't do the job IMO, and the guard spark is to simple...always the same one, all black!

7)Maybe, but this is a personal choice, you can cut out some EX character that are redundant.

I just uploaded a street fighter mugen game that I been working on and I need help with it. I don't believe I know enough to release it yet so I am looking for people that know a lot about mugen that can give me some tips and help me out.
Also the file is kind of big so people with faster computers would be preferred
(I use other peoples creations but I am going to credit all the creators and try to ask for promission as well)

I like Rise Against a lot tho there new album sucks sorry to say. I can't really think of any other bands right now maybe Thrice. Anyway I would like to say it is not wrong for a band to be mainstream it's when they start dating pop stars and doing Scooby-Doo comical is when they sell out lol. And let me just strait up say there is no real girl punk bands out there that I've seen, paramore is just pop crap her and avril lavigne are sell outs and it's sad to see that there are no girls taking punk seriously.

I understand why you say he sucks but there are lots of bad creators out there why is everyone so against kong? If his characters suck that bad that it's making everyone want to kill themselves then just don't post anything and maybe this topic will go away and we all can live just ignoring bad creators. (not that I have any room to talk I'm sure, I have not created anything really but I hope you get my point)

I don't think Kong's releases are that bad, i mean they need work sure but he is staying true to the game he is making. As much characters he has made it's going to take time to update them all i'm sure. anyway is it really necessary to repeatedly say "Kong sucks" in the same topic as much time as all you are. Why not be happy he is putting anytime at all into mugen?

Not really, just been editing Erika and that is going good but it is taking alot of time. Everything else is going good, i hope to get it out this year but we will see i guess. Like i said not much news

The crappiest game I ever played was "Fighter Maker!" All I got to say is never look for it lol and "Yu Yu Hakusho - Dark Tournament" seemed like they just did not show any love to that game. 3erd person shooters are way over rated too!!

This is how i do. I use fighter factorie's own sprite editting tools, but you can try it with any editting program.

1) do a palette, and try to have the parts of the character as different as possible (Green hair, Orange legs, Blue torso etc..)

2) check the parts that share colors (in your case, the guns and outfits) and count how many shades you will need (like, if the guns uses 4 shades of gray, and the outfit 3).

3) now, get some of the "empty" slots on the palette and add a new set of colors for the part of the character you want to separate (in this case, you would need 4 new shades of... red to use on the gun).

4) get the pencil and the bucket tools (If you are using FF, be careful when using the pencil) and re-color the disired part with the new colors you added (in this case, use the red shades to paint the gun red).

do this with all the sprites, and you have a completely new palette , that will allow many different color schemes. now, just do the new palettes to your liking.

it would take a bit of more work, but you could edit each of her sprites to separate the colors, so you could get more creative with the character's palettes.

i'm not really sure how i can separate the guns from her to give them there own palette tho i guess i have a idea on how to do that i'm just scared i'll screw it up lol here is a quick edit i did i'm not sure if i can pull this off with each sprite but it will change her up a bit and maybe on the way of doing so i can try to separate her guns from here outfit.

i don't think i can do this by the first release tho. Any other ideas i can do?

You could at least change Erika's palletes to get her a bit more different.


i tried it kind of messes up her moves  :-\ Like if I give her a pink outfit it makes all her guns pink at some spots. I did change a lot doing with the moves and game play and all maybe I'll look into changing her some more

Well, I like the combinations of motifs there. Stuff from A3, A2...
And I noticed there was not Juli, but a red-headed doll. Explain who that is?
I assume big size is due to ADX's and stages.
Juli was in the game but I took her out cuz I liked the idea of her just being apart of Junis story and since they both play to much the same I just think it was for the best. The Red head is P.O.T.S. Regina but I changed her name to Erika cuz I wanted to do a story loosely based on my G/F with the same name
So, how this project is going?

And could u answer how u reached 896 mb's? What kind of big content are u using there?

And I did lil edits here and there nothing too big, most of the changes are in the game play cuz I wanted it to be basic fighting kind of like street fighter 2

Well I'm adding more in game intros and I'm trying to write out a move list and story for each Char for people can get a idea of each person and also for they can see what I'm changing in the story.

62 stages and the sounds are in .ogg it's just better then mp3
