I really like that font, i tried something similar but i suck at fonts :/

The tiny green char on the display is a good idea, hope it doesnt look wrong with that axis thing.

I would not mind saying bye bye to the portraits, but i would really like to keep the 3 dots.
The hard thing would be to fit all these ideas into one, i would like to suggest functionallity over fashion, keep it simple to the eye.

Personally i dont like to put to much things in the center of the lifebars, because when both players have low health, its when i mostly look at the health bars, and its easy to check both players life if you just stare at the upper center of the screen.

To much things in the middle, like portraits and not so important info stuff, makes you look 2 times (right and left) to check the life of both players.

Great looking project

I would like to suggest and idea for a secret character or an easy semi-clone.
Take sasquatch and give him a brown pallete and call him Bigfoot, play with his existing frames and re-arrange his basic moves in some way.
Eliminate all ice related moves and substitute it with earth/rock like powers (hulk earthquake or meteor smash for example)
Change his specials to be more foot based (take his floor punishment sprites and make it a special like E-honda sumo press)

You could commision someone to edit a few things or maybe create some new anim like the stance and such.

Good luck with your project im really looking foward to it

I don't think its big (after all its a robot).
I will make a test with the hand coming from the other side

Nice, as an idea to make the intro more interesting, after the hand leaving the screen, you could use some shaking camera and put some giant steps noises fading away :P

I will include the eating intro, even if redrawing it is required (Goku's sprites have been updated quite a bit since you drew those eating anims, Daeron, so it might be required).
Oh the beam clash effect. I'll get on that tomorrow, I'll make it epic ^^!

Goku will get a cleanup . for bugs and stuff, also to kinda fix some of his stuff so that he is more uniform with the other characters ( regarding emotion mode activation and stuff )

Seeing that goku is gonna get modified, can i plz suggest adding the eating intro/winpose i did for Goku?  :P , if its not much to ask of course, Balth should have those sprites i think.

Now on topic, the new kamehame looks perfect in game!
Cant wait to blast people away with it.

Great progress NoZ, just some short reminders, the green glass should be a little transparent, well maybe it is transparent there but with that stage we may not notice hahaha XD
The fonts for the timer, i really dont mind as long as they are orange colored.

As for the Ko notifications, i was thinking on some icons but didnt came up with something decent, i would like to ask for ideas here.
For the Round starters font and stuff, yeah we could use a font similar to DB, and display it dinamically.
I like the font riding the kinton cloud idea, lets see if can make some tests.

As for Hr version, i really dont have much experience with Hr stuff so i dont know how could it work? but yeah it would be nice too.

Hey daeron, think you could make a intro using both of those, with him having a huge aura that  is a column and then reduces to that fire as he straightens up and collects himself?

Well i guess, but they are planed as different things, the akuma pose is planed as a winpose (then babidi appears and vegeta tries to punch him, in the same way Evil Ken tries to punch Bison, itsa little homenage to Reuben :) ) while the crounched one is planed as an intro (with babidi shadow controlling him)

Just to know ive just pm Noz to see if we can start the coding of the lifebars.

Ive decided to go with design Nº3 as it seems to be one of the most voted, maybe when we have them ready we can make an alternate version with design Nº6 because it seemed to be the second favorited

Hows dancing elbow going to work?
By the looks of it seems like a very fast arpoaching move with combo potential (Like Vegeta elbow)

I hope his ground Headbutt attack will gain some buff to diferenciate it from this one, because i think this elbow looks better.

Aniway liking these 2 new attacks so far, superior dance kinda reminds me to Bison(dictator) kicks super :)

Laught animation looks neat, this reminds me on a way to improve one of his winposes (ill talk about this with you later)

Move concept looks unique, but kinda hard to balance, ill say stick it as a phisical counter, it will be very usefull for countering Ssj Goku justice mode.
