Wrong. SNK of Japan's official site says TBA 2009.

Kusanagi got his new DM from 2002UM.
Rugal got a bugfix and his G. End from '98.
Geese got some bugfixes, more voiceclips, sound effects, and new graphics, but from what I can tell Jin plans to add more and this is just a teaser/experiment. The screenshot on the site shows him doing a Double Shippuken with the '98/02UM sprites, so he might be planning a complete revamp.

For those who don't know, the game was already released, and there is an option to change Sol's and Order-Sol's voices. There's the original voice, and a brand new set of voices that were recorded exclusively for this game's new story mode. There's "Ishiwatari" and "George" settings for Sol's & Order-Sol's voice.

Something SF3 fans will really like that I just found out.
TOKI HAS A PARRY/JUST DEFENDED SYSTEM!
Other than that, he is MUCH better than Drowin's version. Everything is ARCADE-PERFECT, even his combos!

It seems that Millia has her Instant Kill now, and she and Testament have been given the AI treatment. Muteki's AI patches now have 11 levels of AI for Millia, Eddie, and Testament.
