There are still many people on the net saying that that still doesn't confirm anything because it wasn't explicitly said/shown in the show itself!

Then when the comics come out and they actually say or show something about it they'll claim the comics are not canon as well! HAH

I honestly had no idea Korrasami was a thing before the finale. But it was still pretty obvious in the last few moments what they were implying yet couldn't show/tell you.

Yeah I should be back to work on this in a week or 2. Work is slowing down, most of my moving is finished, and this will be my last holiday plans week.

What did you do with Messatsu?
Have you created any other POTS styles outside of mugen? Like maybe a clothing style or something?
Can you tell me a good question to ask you that will leave everyone speechless?

The show was bad BECAUSE of Nick (and it wasn't horrible, S2 is the only really bad one and it still had some good stuff)

Nick signed the team on for a 1 time 13 ep special. They also did not like the idea of a female lead. So they fit everything they could into it. The romantic triangle wasn't pretty in S1 but for what S1 was I thought it was a great way to see the world 100 years-ish later.

Then after they were almost finished with S1 they were told they'd have 3 more seasons. They didn't have a lot of time at that point to write S2. Which is VERY easy to tell.
For S3 and 4 they finally had ample time to make it but then the early released spanish(?) eps came out and Nick panicked or something. I forget the details here. But they pushed S3's release date up with very little advertising. Then took it off tv completely. Only airing it online.

Then on top of that they cut their budget in mid production in S4 giving us that recap episode.

S1 was strong. S2 was quite bad. But S3 and 4 are beautifully crafted despite Nick.

Considering it's a sequel and all the bull crap creative had to deal with it's a surprise we got an ending at all. Let alone a show that turned out so well.

EDIT: This post was supposed to follow the ShadowArm/San2 posts 2 posts earlier >:(

And the whole time their relationship with the same guy was always very awkward. The times korra and Asami were together were not.

Though that's the best you can get looking back that far. S3 they were obviously just friends and there was no plan to do more probably. Or just the slightest maybe at most. But the 3 years of history they gave in S4 was where all the budding relation could have taken place.

And by the end of the series that's still what it looks like. A growing relationship. Nothing that's been taken even to a kiss stage yet.

It could be extrapolated quite well when thinking back though.

In S1&2 they were always more comfortable around each other.
In season 3 they really bonded a lot. Asami took care of Korra when she was injured and once she left to the water tribe korra only wrote to her.

When she came back Asami was the 1st person she went to see and Korra blushed when Asami complimented her hair.

It's done in a way where you can imagine them becoming super close due to all this or falling in love. And since female friendship is more common in entertainment (barely) it feels it's made to push for a same sex love. Would this be the 1st for a kids's show?

It wasn't on the same level as ATLA finale but it was still great!
I love the growth they did with the character and how everyone got to leave on a big note.

The way they handled Mako, Korra. Asami was well done too. And I'm loving the outrage some idiots are showing on the net.

HAH I'm actually on the other end as I've had 3 hard drives go out on me in the last 6 months! So I'm a little jaded with them now too.

But yeah, I think I should just get the external and use sync toy to keep my works backed up better.

Thanks everyone. I just got really fed up with hard drive scares!

So I have an internal slave drive going out. It no longer allows me to write to it but I can copy from it. When the PC boots up it says the hard drive is bad.

So should I invest in a new hard drive or simply upgrade my dropbox instead?

4 TB External HD
PROS:
1 time fee
Gives extra storage space, not just backup space
More storage/backup potential (DB is limited to 1TB)

CONS:
Much larger fee up front $139 at WalMart compared to 9.99 a month or $99 a year with DB
More potential to go out/crash
Doesn't store older versions of files.
Must physically have the HD to access files where as with DB I can access them anywhere I can install DB

Turtles Forever.

Simply Freakin AWESOME!!.
Yes indeed!

Seems I'm WAAAAYYYYY behind talking about the movies me and co workers have been watching each month.
I think the last one I mentioned was Guardians of the Galaxy back in August.

In September we watched Maze Runner.
I have to say I wasn't a particularly big fan of this movie. And have no desire to see the other 2 now. Though some of the guys and gals did like it and look forward to the next parts so I may get to see them anyway. I found the characters boring. The pacing bad. And the plot not knowing where it wants to go. Especially near the end.
The actual maze parts were not bad and the visuals were good. I just didn't feel it.
04/10

In October we watched Dracula the Untold Story.
This movie wasn't bad. It was very predictable IMO and many of the better scenes were shown in commercials but all in all I thought it was a decent "super hero-ish" take on the legend. It set itself up for a sequel but unless there's nothing better on when it comes out I doubt I'll be voting to watch it.
06/10

In November we watched Dumb and Dumber To.
This movie was absolutely hilarious! Much better than I thought it'd be. I remember enjoying and laughing at the 1st movie but no where like in this one. Though the group experience/laughter might have helped it a lot too. I HIGHLY recommend this one. Jim Carrey is back to doing the only thing that he's good at IMO. Don't get me wrong. I can't really stand him as a person from what I hear about him. But he can do comedy!
10/10

This Monday we watched The Hunger Games MockingJay Part 1.
I had never seen any of these movies so I watched the 1st 2 soon before. The 1st movie didn't impress me much. It was okay but the characters didn't seem to have life. I attribute it to being shell shocked due to their situation though so it may be intentional.

The second one I found to be much better. The characters really came to life in this one. The Hunger Games itself was more enjoyable to watch this time.

The 3rd one: Well, most of us didn't seem to care much for it. But I thought it was pretty good. I didn't see where all the logic fell in on itself like our last reviewer before did. I thought it built the rebellion up quite nicely. I don't know if I like the direction the Peeta story had nor it's influence. Katness seems quite obsessed at this point. And I kept wanting her actual boy friend to just ask "So, um... are we still a couple?"
All in all I think the next part will tell me if I really liked this part. It feels like the only point of this movie was to build the momentum for the next one.
07/10

Any suggestions for January's movie? Nothing really looks like it'll be standing out to me. We don't want to sit for a 3 hour movie with Hobbit after work. Taken 3 will be out and I loved part 1. Haven't seen part 2 but a third just feels like it's getting ridiculous.

If Interstellar is still playing by then I said we should watch it but I doubt it'll still be at that theater by then so I dunno.

Is it too much just to have Star Trek be Star Trek?!!! I thought they did wonderful work on the 1st one (lens flares not withstanding). Second was horrible. I was at least anticipated more cerebral war fare once Kahn crashed onto earth but it didn't even do that!

Why can't we have just 1 newer movie with a battle of wits instead of just comedy and action and all the 9-11 crap

Frame 3 does a very sudden movement for his right knee. In all other frames it is mostly facing our left but in that 1 frame it jumps to facing our right for some reason. That will look very unnatural in animation.

Or they made vanilla SF4 to see how well it'd be received and after a success they made an upgraded version.
When you're dealing with fighting games you basically have to understand that you're giving a lot of donations because the games are NOT going to sell like hot cakes either.

Early adopters get early access. SF4 came out in 2008. You can't say they anticipated all the updates they've given to it in the last 6 years. I wish they'd make updates to older series as well.
