Wow, I don't like how DA_MAVERIK attacked Frederika/[E] and called him useless when he was being honest, he is a professional programmer. And he has a lot of respect on this board, he is one of the few MUGEN dinosaurs.
Some of your 3D models are cool but you really need to work on the animations.

This one is pretty poorly animated. The bag just floats in the air while some other clothes (or related) are completely still, torsos doesn't work that way, no footwork at all, you try it (you just don't bend your knees, you move your feet as well).

I got my first real guitar (not a small kid's guitar) in February but I don't play it all the time, maybe 1-20 days a month 10-45 minutes a day, plus the first time I actually started hearing guitar-related music was May/2010, so I'm pretty new to guitar.
That being said, my guitar was with a starter kit and my amp is a Squier sp-10 amp and when I turn the distortion on, I get a loud buzz and the only way to get rid of most of the buzz is to turn the volume down to where I can't even hear the amp. I like the distortion sound better, but I like the sound I hear from every other guitarist way better <_<.
I'm positive there are plenty of better amps, but what exactly would my amp be rated on a scale of 1-10?
Cheap amps does tend to sound like shit. You could get a better amp (but don't spend a LOT of money on a practice amp, spend just enough).
And the guitar could also be the problem, what pickups do you have? Humbuckers (the fat ones) is better for distortion while single coils (thin ones) are usually better for clean sounds.
Learn easy songs. I think Judas Priest - Breaking The Law is a pretty easy song on guitar (as long as you play the rhythm guitar parts), it's a pretty standard rock tune, it also has palm muting (palm mute, YouTube it) which is used a lot in guitar playing.

How do you do that fast thing at 2:08 where you hear a higher note then a lower note then a higher not again without much of any transition?
That's tapping. He is using a finger with his picking hand to tap the higher note while fretting the lower notes with the fretting hand.

Yeah, layered guitars are pretty rad, you can get a huge fatness to your sound if you put 4 rhythm guitar tracks.
And I know it's really cliché for rock/metal but I love minor third harmonies on solos/lead parts, it just sounds fucking awesome.
