Edit: After reading the readme I'm curious as to why you made it so that only the AI can play as Shin Gouki?

does anyone know what codes would have to be altered or taken out to prevent the automatic health and power gain?
EDIT: Nvm, I found the codes...but I can't figure out what to do with them. If I remove them then the character doesn't work and I don't know how to alter them to render them inactive. can anyone help? They're located in State -3, 5. Anyone who has the know how please help me make this character slightly less cheap
