I'm asking, since I guess the Violent Ken stance wasn't made by you, and the small portrait seems to be Waru's Ken's one.
- Also doesn't use the multi filed system like PotS and Warusaki3.
You may want to edit your coding for Shinbu Messatsu. Opponents can be canceled out while in 2v2 mode.
Just my oppinion:
I'd stick with the CvS2 portrait of Ken over this one anyday.

I personally don't like the SND your using for EX2 Kuzuryu Reppa.
Shippu Jinrai Kyaku, Shoryuken, Shoryuu Reppa, Shinryuuken!! <--- Sounds kinda.. funky?
Why not try using the same concept in EX3 with Shippu Jinrai Kyaku? If the kicks before the knee into Tatsumaki doesn't connect. The Super is canceled back into neutral standing instead of continuing into Tatsumaki and becoming vulnerable to attacks.
Shinryuuken flame FXs needs a retouch. It doesn't blend too well with the burn FXs.
