Maybe create "character сertification" and different zones/rooms for online. For example, KoF zone (98/2002/XI/etc), SF zone (SF2 Turbo/SFA/SFIII/etc), MvC, where character must get a сertificate from an approval group to be able to enter that zone and be a playable character. For original characters there could be zones grouped by tiers (A-tier/B-tier/etc). And a FFA zone where you may choose any outrageous broken shit you like or just to test an uncertified character.

With this you may be able not only to play with your friends but to have decent tournaments.

The only question is... who's gonna program this shit and who's gonna play it? (That's two questions, actually, but meh)

I think I'll buy it after 1 year when the GOTY edition comes out with all the DLC and there would be plenty of mods available by then.
Heh, I know what you mean. Replayability of the modern RPGs is not high enough to make you wanna play though them several times just to look at new add-ons. With a few exceptions. Plus it's time-consuming. But I won't be able to resist the wait so I'm buying the game the day it comes out. I hope the game will introduce more interesting and stats-dependable dialogues like in Fallout 1&2.

Yes you did just read the last like 10 pages. It takes like 5 minutes at most.
Nothing about new characters on the last like 10 pages. Besides, I've already read those. Give me my 5 minutes back.

Anybody care to tell how many new characters is going to be in SSF IV? Last time I checked there were 10. But I've heard there'll be Yun and Yang. Also I've seen a Karin picture somewhere... Did I miss a lot?

Taokaka loves both Ragna and Litchi. However, I see her passion rather childish and wouldn't sign her up in the homosexuals.

Orthodox is Russian is atheist, unless it's changed since the collapse of the Soviet Empire.
It indeed has. You haven't watched TV since 1991? Also, Soviet Empire? lol
Leopold Goenitz does not sound like a Russian name, honestly.
Now here's my little theory concerning Goenitz's nationality (somebody's got too much time to spare >_< )
Thesis:
Leopold Goenitz is indeed Russian (with German or Polish roots). He was born and lived here, in Kaliningrad oblast (area), a Russian enclave.

Facts:
Leopold is and old german name. If you look at the history of Kaliningrad (city) you'll notice that it was a capital of the former German province of East Prussia called Königsberg. The oblast was a part of Germany until the end of WWII, when it became a part of the USSR. It borders Poland and Lithuania. Both Poland and Lithuania was under great influence from Germany with its nation consisting moslty of slavonic race (same roots with Russians). Because of that, main religion in Poland, Lithuania and formerly Königsberg area was catholic christian. Eastern Poland and Lithuania also became a part of the USSR after 1945, aquiring Russian as a secondary official language.

My guess is that Leopold Goenitz's parents were either German (living around Königsberg) or Polish, or Lithuanian (which is less likely, because Goenitz doesn't sound like a Lithuanian surname). Goenitz is around 50 years old, so he was born right after the end of WWII (1996 - 50 = 1946). If they were Polish they must've migrated to Kaliningrad oblast right after the end of war. If they were German they must have lived in that area when it was "conquered" by the USSR. Either way, this justifies his full name and him being a catholic. Now, why must I insist that he's Russian (i.e. living in Kaliningrad oblast)? Because in every official movelist you'll see all his moves written in Russian. He still might've been Polish if Poland were are part of Russia. Since 1989 it is not and Russian language isn't a second official language anymore.

Goenitz is arguably Russian. Then again, why is he catholic when Russia has always been orthodox.

I said that I was judging only by vanilla SF4 and that I never played SSF4. People say "go and try, you ignorant retard" when they haven't tried themselves and they still call me ignorant? ^^^
It isn't my memory that was decaying. At least now we know the truth, thanks to you.
I admit though that me saying that inputs on target combos in SFxT were easier is only an assumption. But I never said it was a fact:
  - Target combos / chain combos to allow Tekken-originated combos. Input seems easy compared to SF4's target (link - fixed) combos.
  - Definitely more combo- and juggle-friendly that SF4. You can combo into supers freely and juggle two shoryukens together.
You can find your own video though, dude. Don't expect someone to go out of their way to cure your ignorance when you're so persistent on annoying us with your attitude.
No need anymore. I believe you that in SSF4 you can do that.
Only time will tell whether my assumptions were correct or not. Out.

@ Elix: If you catch a jumping opponent with a weak srk you can juggle them with another (just like in the SFvT demo). There is nothing more for you to argue about. Go try it yourself.
I tried yesterday and it didn't work. It never worked. It's a concrete fact for me. Should I post a video?
And I wonder how all of you know better when it was hard for any of you participating in this argument to post a video of it. To post a video proving me wrong.

another person who doesn't really know what they are talking about
They are called chain combos. Tekken uses them.
You quoted me wrong.
You can double SRK in 3s and SF4 too so if your knowledge is that limited then you shouldn't speak on matters like that.
You CAN juggle people with two DP's in SF4.
Without using EX version thus using power meter (as we see it in SFxT)? Show me plz.
two shoryukens are possible without using ex attacks.
Are we talking about the same game? SF4? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZYFKpLzOo4#t=0m40s Watch 0:40-0:45. He uses EX Shoryuken. You can't combo weak shoryuken and other non-EX shoryuken with Ryu in SF4 afaik.
and your judging this by a small teaser that barely showed anything. right.
Why not? It shows enough to be able to say what I've said.
Im just gonna stop here since you dont know anything about what you are talking about.
OK. Me too, because it's a waste of time.
ps. And you definitely succeed at being an ignorant retardx2.
I've been called an ignorant retard by an arrogant retards on this forum far too many times to feel anything about it.

Tell me, have you played sf4? You cant say im wrong when i play sf4 daily and mash buttons to get target combos out especially with chun li's air double hp target combo
Playing, like you, on a daily basis. Chun Li's air double hp (or Dictator's air double mp) is a target combo and you can mash the hell out of your controller and pull it off easily. However the ones you can hardly pull off by mashing are link combos like Ryu's cMP, cMP, cHK. Unlike target combos, each character in SF4 has link combos. My whole point was that in SFxT target combos are much more common, adding to increased comboability.
Elix: If you hit someone in the air with a shoryuken (weak), you can hit them again with another of any strength before they hit the ground.
No, you can't. YouTube is down for me, so I can't upload a video. I didn't play SSF4, so my experiences don't go beyond SF4.
I don't have to try.
And you definitely succeed at being an ignorant retard.

two shoryukens are possible without using ex attacks.
You mean when P1 is simultaneously being hit with landing a first hit of shoryuken? And he gets reset to his standing state and then he can combo a second shoryuken? That one?
Now, did you see the video of SFxT where Ryu just comboed two shoryukens without any special conditions? That's what I meant saying "more juggle-friendly than SF4". You seem to enjoy finding fault in people's words. But that way you cease to understand them.
Your getting target combos confused with something else, you can just mash buttons to get target combos out.
Okay, maybe I meant something else. Taking this guide as a reference, I correct myself - link combos. But tell me, how many target combos are there in SF4, really? Ken has one, who else? SFxT video made it clear that target combos are a big part of the system and it's easier to pull them out than SF4's link combos.

Now you may persist in finding faults in my words but this won't get us anywhere.
