... hum, i inverted the problem

on this vid, you can see that the smaller image is sticked to the bottom while the biggest one goes a little bit higher if a char jump...

that should mean, if your spriterip has correct values, that the game is able to display some sprites with different resolutions...

a solution could be to resize properly the background like this & to use it in place of the orignal one:

suggestions:







this isn't perfect, i know (but my first solution wasn't too...)  ._.

another solution in my mind: why not to use the window parameter for the biggest sprite? (window = 0,0, 320,224)

& for the sprites too: i didn't know about all bgs because i only knew your previous releases  :yes:

(nb: i've just noticed that you're VinceJ indeed, while comparing...  -_- [sounds to me like the good old time])

... a stupid idea... because we're talking about 1.0&+ ... why not add localcoord = 320, 224?

i'm asking because i've noticed that you don't use this parameter for your other bgs... ;)

2 things:
- how is it possible that some bgs of the same game have different size??? / would it be possible to have the sprites for a try?
- have - by impossible - the very rare bgms of the game: i've been looking for them for years...

... well, if i'm correct, i've first tried with RGB sheet & then, by despair, with grayscale one...

the problem is that i should learn how to do that by myself because there will surely be tons of other ones in future (i've already tried to "revive" more than 400 bgs...)

i don't wanna abuse of your kindness... ;)

in your explanation: original image = the jpeg file from the merging of RGB channels ?

Hello,

I'm currently trying to solve the hereabove mentionned puzzle:

How to gather - if possible easily - the splitted parts of an image divided in 3 RGB channels + 1 alpha channel?

I manage the merging of the 3 RGB channels but i don't know at all how to add the alpha channel to recover the original image

please help!!!

a few obs:
- this isn't a collection but temp. hosting for helping community: see details here
- for the mugen museum, i'm "normalizing" all creations to 1.1.  It involves corrections & private updates: everytime that  you can read [name of stage]_up (or _1.1), you've found a never publicly released data... Some are already present in the "watermelons" mega folder...
- Mugen museum is constantly updated... you can expect that i'll "convert" all Ace-Million's stages for regular mugen.cfg... a day or another one...
- If you want your creations to be hosted somewhere, i can ask to some friends like Scal or Zesensei
- I should release hundreds of "revived" bgs (like this: one)

But I'm kind of disapointed by the fact I can't DL anymore from Jammugen.

I missed a lot of releases... I just can't DL anymore for almost 2 years...

Is there a particular method to make DL working?

but - the good news - the problem only exist with jam's creations & not with other creations of jam's site...

can I only - with due respects - mention the fact that some users may like their 4/3 format mugen bgs too..?

stagefit= 0 -> 66% of 4/3 bgs... with zoom that lowers quality... :(
