what I am trying to say is i have the tga files with an indexed pallet now so changing colors will be a breeze with any pallet i give now.

Suggestion&question: Has Odinsphere been ripped yet?
if someone can get me files i can look into it.
also do we want a universal pallet like my last post if so i can rip each pallet so its identical to the ingame colors.

Any way you could re rip Tao's VRI sprites.  The palette on them is screwy. :S

what happens with the pallet?

what would the best possible export format be to get into mugen?

There are a ton of programs that can convert tga deep exploration is one that I use alot.

they should be the same axis (its however the devs stored the pictures) here is a bad example i used some free site that might of distorted him some to make this gif.
