For Goenitz, is that cheap special really needed? He did the move 1 time and the fight was over. I think that should be removed.
For O Zero, no comment.
Then, the cheap movement's basic trigger should be like this.

O Zero... Just watch it. Charlie has simple AI codes, but not easy.
