I know how to work myself around that, with the right people, an early Development, is good, to showcase work, i already have bought unity for my pc a while ago., Gonna be alot of money but my job pays great, so it wont be as much when the team all Pitch in.

@C.v.s The Abstract: I have a few things to ask/say about this awesome-as-fuck project of yours:

--Things to say--
1. I just realized how much i want to make my own original fighting game for the sole purpose of pitting them together in a crossover after seeing your characters ;D

--Things to ask--
1. How many characters have you finished up till now, graphically speaking? And are you planning to keep the CvS stlyeor will you change it into a more custom style along the way?
2. Since your gonna make this game on Unity 5, what platforms (other than PC) do you plan to port this (hypotheticallyspeaking)?
3. Are you still looking for voice actors? I can lend you my voice if you'd like, but I'm not sure about my ability (I had pneumonia three years ago. Up until mid-2011 I was able to do a variety of voices, like Mickey Mouse, but now I sound like Iori Yagami fresh out of chemotherapy ;D). I could try, and you could judge whether you like it or not.

That's all I have. Good luck on Blood of Champions. ;)

To answer your first Question, Ima sticking with the CVS Style, It what im good at and plus i just love the style.

Your other three questions

1. No character are finish yet, I'm still developing on correct fight style,What would look right for the game,Cause Me and team is looking for command combo like how Capcom did on sfxtk with the tekken characters,
2.when we get the  kickstarter started we will announce the official work but we wont be doing that until we get thing done like,Music production,Screenpack,Illustration and more... im looking to get "KANDOKEN" to do the illustration,defiantly will need use the donation money for that cause people dont work for free.. BUT, It will be PC,3ds,WII U,ps3 and xbone..
BUT PC PORT FIRST
3. ILL get back to you about that! when we Develop character personality more ill let you know.

Unity 5 game engine, I had a few emcee who will rap over the select theme giving it a sf3 fill to it.

Blood of champions may officially be a standalone game , mostllikely building the game with non mugen engine

I like the direction of this concept, so it will have the news concept style? I mean is the whole sp or full game, be in this style.

For the select screen no news concept, but in vs screen,winner and select menu yes news concepts

Yes sir!! Something a little different! Would work greatly.. Sense " the blood of champion" is more of  mature fighting entertainment, I think announcing a fighter victory Thur the news would be a new approach

Here stance also need more of a Bounce unsure with this one , i want it more similar to this aswell

The overall soundtracks will have a Sf3,Tekken,Sonic adventure and snk sound to it

That's sounds really badass!, I like where you going with this.. Any update on your Project on what kind of Gameplay you looking for?  Kind of Doubt it gonna be a pots style.. and WIZZY IS A GOOD PRODUCER FAN OF HIS WORK! This gonna be excellent!

Combo extends is only up to 12 hits
Super 1lv,lv2,3lv and Maximum Super
Specials
Blood effects
Hit spark aswell
I want also add Power ball Reflector Works like The  Sf3 parry
and Stages i wanna go 3d for this and use Zbrush to make the stages.

Screenpack im assuming BigBoss want to create it
Music Me & Wizzy for the Music
Voice adding ima need to find people for that

C.V.S., how long have you been doing it for?? Every time you showcase a new sprite/animation, your quality impresses and generally improves. I love those get hit sprites you sketched for Kazuya. That's some insane quality if you ask me.

Sense 05, I use to edit aa lot of street fighter alpha for GBA sprites kof neowolf sprites for GBA as well,
06 .. I started editing CVScharacter with my original characters
07.. Came to mugen guild  started working on way to many CVS character but finish anything up to 2010
Dropped cvs yang and finish him with dampir help
2011 i drop the first playable jin kazama in his tekken 4 outfit
2012, i drop CVS gouken
2013 I drop another but better jin kazama
2014... Who else I  drop? Kairi and asuka
In 2015 will be kazuya and lLars year
