THis wat Udon said about how big the sprite will be
Udoncrew:The sprites for the new release of the game, which will be available on download networks for PS3 and XBox 360 some time before Christmas, are 4.5 times the size of the original sprites and packed with new detail and style.

i guess you meant the original Street Fighter Alpha Movie, when Ryu goes to Gouki's Training ground.

but my opinion is based on the Street Fighter Alpha 2 Cover, that shows Gouki looking down to Ryu.

Take a look at Ken hd sprite looks awesome


   Our good friends at UDON will be creating the artwork and sprites for the remake, titled: Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix... Possibly the longest name ever for a Street Fighter game. Capcom has confirmed online play, a training mode, voice chat, rankings/leaderboards, different matchmaking options, and stat tracking. "SSF2THDR" is in very early development but is on schedule for a release this fall for PS3 and Xbox 360 via download from their respective online stores
