Change the damage of the attacks(in the hitdef). ;)

You mean the Character's CNS file..

Here's an example using KFM's CNS file:

[Data]
;Amount of life to start with
;‘Ì—

In other words they only work in MKP..

I dont remember seeing any hitsparks while watching Proxicide's MK VS SF3..

How could you NOT see them?  o_O They were the flashy blue and red lights every time attacks hit

Yeahs my BAD...

Didn't notice the hitsparks until the third time i watched it..

I didn't really pay attention to it..

I just wanted to see if Proxicide made it this time that Mortal Kombat would win..

But unfortunately they lost..But it was still great..

those are nice lifebars but my power bars(the green bars) are big and fat what do i do?

I think that's either the rounds or powerbars..

Not too sure..

Would you mind uploading a screenshot of the character?
It`s just a common sense among creators to post screens when releasing something...
Anyway...i`ll test him out and see how he`s like...
EDIT:My Advice,try using a different server besides MU,many ppl might have problems downloading it...use mediafire or sendspace...it`s much better for this kind of stuff..
EDIT 2:
Honest feedback
1-He doesn`t turn arround when jumping over his opponent...
2-He`s a ONE button character(only the b button hits)
3-The char is small sized(which doesn`t mean anything,it`s just a tiny detail)
4-No small portrait for lifebars
5-Transformations come out very easily...and the b button while super sonic makes a 5 hit auto combo

He looks pretty solid and animated besides that...kinda of a good start in my opinion(trust me i`ve seen worse)
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

Yeah that's the biggest thing i've noticed yet..
Is that he's a one button character..

But he is a test character...
We can't expect for it to be perfect..

Open up Mugen.cfg..
Go to the Video Win line...
And do the following changes for a BIGGER screen not full..

;-------------------------------------------------------
[Video Win]
 ;Enter the width and height of the resolution you want to set here.
 ;The optimal resolution is 320x240, but if your video card has problems
 ;You may want to try 320x240
Width  = 320
Height = 240

 ;This is the color depth at which to run MUGEN. You should set it to
 ;16 bit color unless your video card has problems with it.
 ;16-fastest, 24,32-slower, 8-slowest/worst
Depth = 16

 ;Set this parameter to 0 to disable screen stretching, and set it to 1 if
 ;you want to scale it up to fit the current resolution.
Stretch = 0

 ;Set this parameter to use a resolution-doubling filter. You will
 ;need a fast machine to use these filters. You will need to increase
 ;the screen resolution to at least 640x480 for these modes.
 ;0 - off
 ;1 - diagonal edge detection
 ;2 - bilinear filtering
 ;3 - horizontal scanlines
DoubleRes = 0

 ;DirectX mode
 ;Choose from Hardware, Software, Windowed, Overlay, Safe and None
 ;Hardware and Software run in full-screen. Windowed and Overlay
 ;run in a window. The windowed modes require you to set Depth to
 ;whatever color depth you are using for you desktop. The best results
 ;are when you run in 16-bit color. There is no advantage to running
 ;in 32-bit color. If Hardware, Software and Windowed fail, try Safe.
 ;None uses GDI to draw, so it's very slow. Use None only if
 ;you cannot get anything else to work.
 ;Overlay is not supported by all video cards, but can be faster than
 ;Windowed if it works.
DXmode = windowed

This is what your current settings are..
Now change it to this..

;-------------------------------------------------------
[Video Win]
 ;Enter the width and height of the resolution you want to set here.
 ;The optimal resolution is 320x240, but if your video card has problems
 ;You may want to try 320x240
Width  = 640
Height = 480

 ;This is the color depth at which to run MUGEN. You should set it to
 ;16 bit color unless your video card has problems with it.
 ;16-fastest, 24,32-slower, 8-slowest/worst
Depth = 16

 ;Set this parameter to 0 to disable screen stretching, and set it to 1 if
 ;you want to scale it up to fit the current resolution.
Stretch = 1

 ;Set this parameter to use a resolution-doubling filter. You will
 ;need a fast machine to use these filters. You will need to increase
 ;the screen resolution to at least 640x480 for these modes.
 ;0 - off
 ;1 - diagonal edge detection
 ;2 - bilinear filtering
 ;3 - horizontal scanlines
DoubleRes = 4

 ;DirectX mode
 ;Choose from Hardware, Software, Windowed, Overlay, Safe and None
 ;Hardware and Software run in full-screen.
DXmode = windowed

And now if you want FULLSCREEN..

Where it says DXmode = windowed..
Change it to eithER..

DXmode = Software

OR

DXmode = Hardware
