Cool character so far. Here's a couple of things I found:
Good
-He's slow but powerful, like Chouji is supposed to be
-Attacks look awesome
-Sprites don't look very choppy
Bad
-You could do specials while having your powerbar at 0
-His Giant special should take up less damage, and you shouldn't have it take up all 3 power bars. It just doesn't look like an attack that should take out that much
That's pretty much all I can find. Great character so far. Awesome job Rice =D

In my opinion it looks pretty good. The only thing I don't really like about it though is the gun he uses for his move at 4:12 doesn't look right..it looks too plain. It just doesn't suit the Punisher to be honest. Green(it should be Black or Dark Blue) isn't a good color for him and it just doesn't look good to me.
Other than that, your character looks decent so far. I wish you the best of luck with it.

I've never been to 4chan. I've just picked up on the memes.
Yet more of a reason why you get on others' nerves. Don't do that; that's what MI does and they kill memes.
IMO 4chan sucks regardless. I've been there and it's too God damn random, I swear that place is freaking crazy

yes. for a "action movie" (think of "Rambo" here) V for Vendetta was great. not awesome. great.
but it was not supposed to be "just another action movie". the Graphic Novel is a trully well written and is simply a master piece. Compared to the Original Graphic novel, V for Vendetta is the rotten bowels of a semi-digested horse that has being laying around for 3 days.

Worst movie I've ever seen would probably be Superman Returns. IMO that movie sucked balls....
the Problem with "Superman Returns" its that he was made on the wrong time.
people today don't want true feats that make up true legends that you will tell your grand-kids about (dammit... the guy moved a WHOLE ISLAND!!). people today want meaningless, egoistic fights with no purpose beyond getting your daily dose of adrenalin.
But...meaningless egoistic fights like that are what make movies and real life more interesting...especially people with teh powerz >.>
