Low-res is 320x240, Hi-res is 640x480 (just to fill the whole screen, but you better increase the values to make your stage look wider and higher).

When I make my (HR) stages, I always look for the best quality only. If I would start mugenizing all the images I find on the net - man, I would be releasing them like in each hour of the day.
So, just that. From now on, just start avoiding low quality stuff (blurred, messed up when you zoom it).
heres a good question doom what happens when the idea is good but the image is low quality to u give up on it and move on ^^ or work on it to see if u can prove to others u canthink outside the box that most will pick the other 2 options
