Nope didn't work either. The Site is very much blocked by the Art College I'm going to. And this is rare to not be able to get thru it. I guess unless someone else hosts this or something, I'm going to be waiting.

it might be warusaki3's I remembered someone here (I forgot who ) said that he will be making an edited character with someone, maybe this might be his next creation as warusaki3 mention "the next character is not her" so it might be a male character and not a female character

It's my personal edit, mostly used for practicing my developing coding skills. It won't be released though for obvious reasons.

i just have one problem with waru's chars, terry for exem.
he has too many(extra) special and super moves, waru could make two def files for terry(ex terry and normal terry)

i always thought that the original CvS Terry lacks of supers, the kof terry was always more complete in this way, but Waru's CvS Terry, is perfect, it could be more awesome if there was a SFF with an edit of Garou appareance

I was actually talking about the move lists.

Converting H' chars to Warusaki3's version is a good idea, but from what I heard so far, there's little to no chance of that happening.

Naaah. He wants Grooves, because CvS2 chars without grooves aren't Cv-- oh wait, H''s chars do have grooves. Right, he wants EX Groove.

Besides jokes of any kind, the only thing some people (including me) would want from H"'s chars are only minor tweaks. The cvs gameplay is good, that is to say that the chars themselves have not issues, it is only a matter of things like missing sounds, better quality of the current ones (just try to hear the difference between the hit sound in H"'s chars and in Warusaki's ones), missing super finish backgrounds, missing/different-aligned explods (no super combo finish message? And others), better graphics in the groove select menu and MORE TIME to select them   
In short words those chars don't need to be redone, they only need to be updated. Regarding the Iori splitting, as Zero said, it can be easily done by your own, H" has provided the correct portraits to do that (unlike warusaki3 with vega, geese, and the others that he hasn't already splitted).

He's pointed out a few times he wouldn't redo characters that his friend (that is, H'') already made.
