It would be better if he were a straight up sprite swap

It would be better if he had something special to make him feel different from Evil Ken.

Truthfully its all how you interpret how this is done - and even if we all agreed, there would still be someone who disagrees (internet's to big for everyone to be happy >_< )

So I would release it 100% - and add a little something something in his ReadMe.

() When she does her special (the only special I could find >_< ) If she connects it, the opponent should be either dazed or stunned so that it can get its full affect.
