Basically that is what I am seeking.
I want the characters to remain the same size in 640 by 480 as they would be in 320 by 240.

A Dhalsim that flows with the cvs2 characters.
It doesn't have to be from cvs2.

with these platforms, dopes this mean a smash bros esc game could be made wioth the shugendo engin? XD

however, aswell as walls could it be programmed to have a big hole thing to fall down (still on th subject of smash)?
Or for making mario based levels.

I'm not so sure how this would fit in with normal fighters but see how it would fit in perfectly with Jump ultimate stars type characters.

Each number represents a order, the number below the arcade match number is the order number.
8,1,1,3,2,1,0,0,0,0 This number is the number of matches per order
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 The actual order numbers.

8,1,1,3,2,1,0,0,0,0

You had it set to have four matches against order=2.

Two possibilities.
Either the system is glitching because you have it set to have four order=2 matches when there is only one actual character labeled as order=2.
or It is possible that all he characters have to be in order from order=1 - order=5 I was told this by someone before but I am not completely sure about it which is why I failed to mention it before.
In other words
kfm, stages/kfm.def, order=1
Kol, stages/Kol.def, order=1
Jkh, stages/jhk.def, order=2
Rkl, stages/rkl.def, order=3
gdf, stages/gdf.def, order=4
Pr2, stages/pr2.def, order=4
HHH, stages/HHH.def, order=5

What do you mean, form the very first match are there only order 4 or at the end is there only order 4?

I think I understand But I'm not sure what you mean.
You have it set at 8,4,1,3,2,1,0,0,0,0 which means you will have 8+4+1 matches before you get to order four meaning you will fight vs 13 characters before you get to order 4.


Then again I'm not sure what you mean so give me more details if I was incorrect here.

Alright let me go into detail you see you currently have the match set up at
8,4,3,1,0,0,0,0,0,0
You have the character's set up in orders from 1-4 yet you only use 1 and 4.
1 would be the first character you fight so in your case you would 8 bouts with order=1 characters then since you have no 2 or 3 it would most likely just skip to the final boss broli who is at order=4.
What you want to do is label all your characters with numbers 1-4 with 1 being the ones you fight first then 2's then 3's and finally 4's.
You start of by labeling normal characters with order=1
Then you could label some slightly stronger characters than the order=1 as order=2 and fight say 4 of these so you would keep this "8,4,3,1,0,0,0,0,0,0 " as "8,4,3,1,0,0,0,0,0,0 "
Then have a sub boss with order=3 and since it is a sub boss you could leave it as "8,4,3,1,0,0,0,0,0,0" to fight three or change X to the number of sub bosses you want "8,4,X,1,0,0,0,0,0,0 ".
Then you could add your mid boss with order=4
And again leave it as is or if you want to fight more than one change x "8,4,3,X,0,0,0,0,0,0 "
Now you add your final bosses with order=5 adding an actual variable to the fifth digit changing "8,4,3,1,0,0,0,0,0,0 " to say "8,4,3,1,1,0,0,0,0,0 " or how ever many you want to fight.
Let me know if there was something you didn't understand.
Its not limited to just those five you can even go up to 10 or so.

Specific number's aren't assigned to "final boss" and such.

Normal=1
Mid=2
sub=3
final=4
"holygodwithwhiteclothes"=5
"orochrandomname"=6
You see it doesn't really matter which number is assigned to them just as long as its in order.
So if you want a mid boss then his number would be located roughly in the middle.
So if there where say 5 categories you could place him at 3.

Actually no I only have working knowledge about the way mugen works.
The only way to add the collision boxes would be to open the character In fighter factory but I highly doubt all characters you've added are missing collision boxes.
Do they get injured at all or are they unhitable completely?

It might be the characters your are using they are perhaps missing ..cnls? [Can't remember the actual term]

Is it possible to have the the characters set at a certain scale and the rest of mugen set at a different scale?
What I mean is lets say I'm running mugen at 640 by 480 is it possible to run everything at those setting yet run the characters at 320 by 240.There for keeping their sprites nice and crispy.
In other words when I go from 320 by 240 to 640 by 480 the sprites lose their sharp feel.
So what I am trying to do is ..well...
lets say this is the lay out
__o__o__
With "o" representing the characters
When I expand the window it becomes
___O___O___
Yet What I want is more along the lines of
__o_____o__

For some reason I feel like it isn't possible but I thought hey its worth asking, Thanks for any help I receive.

Where I live gamestop is badass....
Never had a single problem with orders or reservations or anything at all.

The only thing I don't like is that at times they try to push you into reserving something but sometimes it works for the best, before halo came out I was at the GS buying some games when the guy behind the counter tried to push halo 3 on me I was like "nah I'm good" So then that guy bust out with his wallet and reserves the damn game for me.... one of the best games I ever got. I thank him for that.

I'm looking for some decent non cvs cvs characters
Meaning characters that where inspired by the CVS system but weren't actually in the game. The tekken Jin in the projects section is a prime example.

The star picture you used fails here.
Since it shows things that wouldn't actually be visible to the naked eye, try finding a picture where it's just the generic white stars and less of for that matter.
