then you need to play more. tekken 5 dr is abotu the same as a 2d its not about super fast gameplay in either 2d or 3d

every 3d fighter ive played doesnt look as natural and smooth as lets say capcom vs snk 2.am not sayin they are bad games but 2d fighting will always be the king and 3d will never takes it place.they seem to me they sacrifice the feel of a 2d fighting game for 3d and amazing visuals, when at the end of the day its about the game play.

well i was blowing away with the trailer, just hope they make the animation clear as day and no awkward parts about it what so ever.also i want super fast gameplay like a 2d fighter, even if they are pumping up the visuals if that means losing gameplay speed then forget it.i hate slow choppy fighting games, even games like virtual fighter 5 for ps3 does not move fast and smooth enough for me.
? dumb post go play dragonballz tenkaichi or something. most 2d fighters arent about "super fast gameplay" 

oh arent they....i dont see any 3d fighting game on the market thats as fast and smooth animation of a 2d fighting game.
by the way i hate budokai fighting games, am from the days of playing sf2 on my snes, so dont judge no one fool.

if street fighter 4 isnt as fast and smooth as how a 2d fighting game feels then it will fail, thats why street fighter ex series sucks ass.

this game looks like shit... check out there faces and the whole animation they got going here, looks really bad in my opinion, allrdy i hate the direction there going with this.

disappointed, by the looks of those pics street fighter 2 tubo hd looks like the better game.....

also this revenge meter, blah blah all that hard work of blocking, dashing and getting hits on ur oppoent for him just to unleash a unblockable attack and kill you.allrdy a failure by the looks and sound of it, another street fighter ex failure.

man who cares if ur a leecher or not, ppl create there chars for everyone to use and appriciate, if no one downloaded it then it would have been a waste of time making the char in the first place.

maybe you could even sacrifice some of his old moves for new ones. If he is going to be an orochi edit he hasn't necessarily to do every standard gouki moves if you feel that are too many....gouki as many moves already, if you replace some of them with new ones you could give "personality" to your char without ruining his balance too much. I mean, ok, shun goku satsu is a must-have because he is gouki, but maybe messatsu go shoryu, go hadou, and so on are not so strictly neccessary, or even the simply special moves....think about it, this is just a rough idea but could be a way

this guy is on to something, take god ryu for example, even thou hes basically god rugal, i identify with god ryu more because he has more personality and origins compared to the gd old ryu moves.am liking what this guy has to say, hes defo onto something when we are talking about giving god akuma more appeal.

is not basically god rugal, is god rugal whit ryu sprites (its just a sprite swap)
i will see what i  can do :p

the point is god ryu is so different from any other usual ryu, he is not ur typical ryu edit as he plays totally different to how a shoto plays, thats my point bro, apart from a few added supers god akuma plays more or less like any other akuma edit.

use the kanji symbol on top of the orochi skull....i think that would be kl.

or like when the rd finshes the skull appears and the kanji symbol gets writen on top while ur watching, i dont know if thats possiable but hell would that be kl as hell or what.

capcom vs snk series everytime, i just never take marvel chars seriously, i prefer snk chars and capcom chars best, they make the best fighting games in my opinion.

even thou i like him i still use pots shin akuma  --;

i ent qualified for the prodcution team :( but am willing to post as many ideas as possiable when i think of them in this thread and will always give feedback and what you have created so far :) i really want this char to stand out, hes got loads of potential.

well my friend....WOW, you have picked a truely interesting char to work on, this char was very popular at the end of capcom vs snk 2 even thou no one knew who he was nor did he have a name, am glad you have took this project up but i think u need to get ur hands on better sprites, because look how built this warrior with no name is, hes got rugal type clothing but a build like a pumped up akuma! rugal sprites are just to skinny to work with, i think modified akuma sprites would be more apporpiate.

this 2nd beta is a big improvement, 1st beta had to many bugs when fighting most of the chars in my roster but am glad u listened to ur fans again and fixed them up gd, drain evergy move super is working like a treat now, no glitch with it what so ever now,but as i said still looking to see this new ai and see what he can do against the original shin akuma edit by pots, that wil be god akumas true test.

sounds interesting, ill favourite it and keep a eye on the progress they make with this, could be a big hit for other games not just mugen.
