Uh MOTVN that is what he does, he combos the air. Play with him and the drill air was meant for that. Look at K9999, videos of Nameless or K9999 there very similar its just SNK added new stuff to Nameless

Well after, 98 Kyo was still in school. He dropped out after NESTS cloned him. So that can be a reason why all his clones wear a school uniform. Kyo changed his attire to look different, show hes the original. Thats also probably why he burned his bandana and dropped out of school because NESTS was after him.

My plugins were based around the EVE Battle ones. Because those were the ones that can get all the music i wanted without messing the control panel.

The stage BGM and all the paths are correct. But when i play that stage in Mugen no music plays.

Since i know SOS Haruhi is missing some on MI. Just wondering if im missing stages. I remember there was a Ice Palace one and obviously Magaki's stage besides the ones he made.
