Kaiser Vega is a based version of SFA3 and SFEX3 Shin Bison with some extras.
I'm going to release all SF2 chars because it's going to be a full game, that means Balrog, Vega, Sagat and Normal Bison will be released to, and some characters extra like Dan (maybe sean matsuda or SSF4 seth), some snk chars with retro sprites like ffsp like terry, geese or krauser with my style will enter too.

Dude you're next character should be Dan Hibiki in a tengu mask or Gou Hibiki in a tengu mask and halo.
Actually, my plan is make a SF2 version of Dan, but your idea is not bad at all, maybe latter i can make a SF2 version of Mr.Saikyo.

-The invisible Kooh Ken didn't knock down in SvC (Serious Mr. Karate). It's just too strong as is.
-That doesn't change the fact that being able to connect with a grab during blockstun is overpowered. Blocking just leads to P2 getting grabbed no matter what.
-Yeah but, this is a kind of combination of takuma/mr.karate from different games, so i based Ex Kooh ken in KOF2002 takuma's hard Kooh Ken at the moment of collide.
-Well, i guess i need to considerate this and make a little changes on Shoran Kyaku move at the moment of grabbing the opponent.

Here's my feedback.

-EX Kooh Ken shouldn't knock down. Maybe give it a bit more of a delay so it isn't as spammable as well.
-f.Y should knock P2 down if it isn't canceled into. This applies even to standing opponents.
-Good god Kooh Ken looks awful. :gonk:
-His level 3 supers do way too much damage, especially Ryuuko Ranbu.
-Level 3 Ryuuko Ranbu should either be given an immense delay or be made blockable. It's too powerful.
-Shoran Kyaku shouldn't be able to hit P2 during blockstun.

Thanks for your feedback and for the congrats.
I will considerate your feedback in f.Y, Kooh ken sprites, damage in lvl3 moves, ryuko rambu lvl3 delay.
-In Ex Kooh ken i decided to made him knock down because of the power of the attack, and Ryo's Kooh Ken Ex doesn't knocks down the opponents, so i want to Mr.Karate and Ryo's Ex Kooh Ken were different at the hitting moment.
-I still don't know wich Kooh Ken sprites should i can do for Mr.Karate's Kooh Ken move. Have some suggestions, people?
-I forgot put some delay in the animation of the Ryuko Rambu lvl 3 at the moment of dash, in the next update i will do the change, and the damage i will calculate it too.
-Shoran Kyaku is like a SF2 Grab attack, with some dash, so i prefer to leave it the way it is.

Thanks all of you again for your feedbacks, all my chars have the new sparks, and yes, geese is on the list, and yes, maybe i can do kyokugen team complete, and yes, maybe i can make some fatal fury special chars for my full game, and YES, chun-li is the next one! ;)

This is my 9th character for the M.U.G.E.N Engine
Mr.Karate SSF'2 Plus.

Included in this release:

*All basics,including specials and super moves, the Zero Counter and EX moves from various SNK games and gameplay from street fighter games.

*One intro (and one with Ryo SSF'2 Plus).

*Voice and sound fx pack based mainly in SSF4 and SNk games.

*FX sprites edited by me.

*Two Winning poses.

*12 palettes.

All SSF'2 Plus:
*Added some fixed and balanced moves.
*New Hit sparks and Super Sparks

Yes I know, you told me that via Youtube like a year ago or so. I revealed the secret code eons ago and hell, don't ask me why but I still remember the damn code: RAENARXCKYIU should do the trick but it's not like you're missing that much anyway :P . I GUESS I could give my yet to be revealed KOF NC lifebars a try and see if I can make a blue and red variant but I'm not sure if you mind them being high res (640x480) instead of low res like CVSS.

Damn, that CVSS screenpack will follow me forever, and freaking Arpa is always reminding me about it :|
Don't worry, i can adapt the KOF NC lifebars to low res, i made the same thing with AOF1 high res lifebars in some gifs that i've been put in this topic.
I'd like to see those lifebars because i'd like a change in my champion vs challenger tournaments.
And thanks for the code, i've been looking for a loooong time  :suttrox:

I know it's damn off topic but I really wish you got yourself a new set of lifebars already because it hurts so much to see my shitty stuff from the past every time I look at your topic >_<

Don't make me create a new red vs blue set just to force you to change them already >:(

Other than that I have no complains about your characters (As I have yet to give them a try, I should do that next week or so).

Also is color 0,0,0 set as transparent in the gifs?
yup, the 0,0,0 transparency is because of the gifs.
Haha don't tell me that you create those lifebars? can you tell me the secret mode?  ;P haha just kidding, i would like use a new Red vs Blue lifebars set but i can't find a decent lifebars, i guess you need to create a new one because i use those lifebars on my champion vs challenger tournaments on youtube  :sugoi:

Crouching Light kick with Sagat always makes him do a tiger knee ... ?
Well, tiger knee can be made as a cancel move with all punches and kicks, can you be more specific with that?

Mr. Karate is looking great i look forward to the release.are you thinking of any other guest characters? Eternal Champions ,TMNT Tournament Fighters ,Terry from Fatal Fury Would be Cool or what about the original Street Fighter 1 or maybe final fight .Any Thoughts on editing characters already made by other authors like Zangief by Electro for example it would save time i guess.just an idea
Well, maybe i can put Terry Bogard in my full game, but TMNT and Eternal Champions that's too much xD

Very cool Ryo, gotta love the oldschool designs! I don't have much useful feedback, just nitpicky stuff, but it's something..
-his standing medium punch has an alignment shift (the heavy punch doesn't, and that's almost the same animation). he jumps 1/2 pixels back and down.
-he nudges about really strangely when you connect with a crouching medium kick. He slides back and forth a bit.

That's it. Your custom sprite edits for Ryo also have improved a lot, they are much better then your sprite edits you did for Ryu, for instance (granted YOU did make them, it is not refered to anywhere). Good luck on Mr. Karate!

Looking good!

Evil Ryu should be able to chain light and medium tatsumaki should be able to cancel into Shoryukens
Done it for the next update ;)
New animations of my Mr.Karate, Kof 96/2001 style Kooh Ken and Kof 2002/SVC Kooh Ken

In that order, it will be Normal Kooh Ken and Kooh Ken Ex for my Mr.Karate

I really enjoy your Ryo, thanks Guille_N_Roll.

Love the intro, how about adding the wooden clogs intro?

I prefer the old AoF 1 powercharge animation, not so much the new one... Animation looks way to fast IMO.

Can´t wait to see your version of Mr. Karate. Give him a special intro with your Ryo, maybe something like in AoF1, where they charge and then jump backwards.
