As of right now, The only thing that holding my back from the release is his AI. It still lacking and I know how AI can really make the character. I thought about just releasing as is and then releasing a AI patch later but I'm not sure if I should. On the one hand, I can give the people who been waiting what they been wanting for a LOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG time. On the other hand, I also know that the Hard Core Mugenites want a Great character with great AI. Any suggestions?

Apparently you have terrible eyes.
Now on the feedback, even though you're new to this I have some suggestions. Your sprites are misaligned, I don't know how you can misaligh perfect axis sprite rips. I have a tutorial for that. I checked your air file as well, you should see kfm and other characters to learn how to properly make cln's. And I noticed its a sprite swap of someone else's violent ken.
I don't know what made you think this was a good idea to put this in and it doesn't match the character.
Before performing a shoryuken there's damage happening.

Its not just a sprite swap i did a bit more then that and no that intro doesnt match it yet but if you read anything you would know its only 10% what do you expect?
